Also, Croft said, the Trump administration could pull out of the Iran nuclear deal and return to sanctions, which could affect Iran’s output, again pushing up international prices."

Doubt it. I expect Ivory Coast will want a full refund of all royalties given to Ghana and then want to renegotiate, they may even seize the acerage and it belongs to them. They'll probably do a deal though.. easy money.

Anyway, tick tock.

ITLOS if they award it to the Ivory Coast will probably stipulate that the existing agreement with Ghana just transfers to them,after all they already stipulated an end to drilling in the interim.
