12/11/2015 11:57 | it seems to me that a number of company are forcasting flat or reduced production for next year. another factor seems to me that a considerable ammount of effort (cash from capex) is continued to be incested in prolonging and maximising exsiting wells, clearly this show in the usa production / rig relationship, my perseption is that in doing so some production will fall of the cliff at some point in the near future. more and more work is done on partially completed wells and with all those coming on line the production has been sustained untill now and this may be lasting for some more time but ultimately all those avenue will be reduced and esploration will be in focus again. many pure exporation company are becoming production focus (TLW among many) this again is adding to the oversupply but the other side of the coin with all reduction in capex it is very likeley that at the time of oil shortage (creazy my forcast in 12 to 18 months) new major supply will be 2 3 years ahead and i can see proce spike at $130 going high. many will call me creazy that is generally the case as in november 2013 when i told many that oil was about to get unser $50 a barrel. for tlw if ytou think, like me, is in a sufficient strong financial position to survive then is worth at least 4 times the current market value if not they is worth notting this justify the extreme high volatility. remember share do not follow POO but generally react earlyer in both direction. as vere sorry for the english and good luck ciao | jovi1 | |

11/11/2015 17:05 | Not to mention a resumption of Iranian exports... After some initial excitement, November has seen crude oil prices collapse back towards cycle lows amid demand doubts (e.g. slumping China oil imports, overflowing Chinese oil capacity, plunging China Industrial Production) and supply concerns (e.g. inventories soaring). However, an even bigger problem looms that few are talking about. As Iraq - the fastest-growing member of OPEC - has unleashed a two-mile long, 3 million metric ton barrage of 19 million barrel excess supply directly to US ports in November. | edmondj |
