The TLW Board have said a takeover isn't going to happen. They should know. TLW is due a rerating - fair value is nearer £5.

Good figures last night from Kosmos Energy, with run rate confirmation on Jubilee oil production 108,000 bpd and gas 85mmscfs (excluding recent shutdown) and full dev plan to be submitted with accompanying reserve upgrades for satellite fields which, combined with Ten, will be producing gross 200,000bpd within 15 months !
