I don't buy the idea that POO could fall to 20$ its all scaremongering that we've seen before back in 2009. Then look what happened. Oil shares are volatile and TLW is high beta and will therefore be one of the fastest movers when oil rallies.

Unless the Republicans and other dissenting parties can win the vote on Capitol Hill and do so with a two thirds majority to overcome what would otherwise be a presidential veto, then sanction should be lifted before the end of the year.

Most probably koetser, but it's already priced in and their infrastructure will need massive investment before it can get to a decent daily output. Tbh it's a bit of a sideshow as in percentage terms the change to world output will be negated if and when OPEC start turning down their taps later in the year.
