11/9/2015 14:14 | Re Russia and OPEC these were reportedly statements by respective countries. Re Iran, who knows how much spare capacity it has to put on the market at the turn of a tap. The acid test will be what happens once the sanctions are lifted this year, | azalea
11/9/2015 13:33 | OPEC will cut production shortly. Neither they or Russia can afford oil to remain at these levels. Also, as well documented Iran are 18 months away from full production so really not a factor. The oil price is forward looking so worst case is already in the price, which is why a bottom is forming in most oil stocks as short covering begins. | largechablis
11/9/2015 12:27 | The bad news is Saudi Arabia and Russia will not cut production and Iran will be increasing production, if, as is most likely, US sanctions are lifted. | azalea
11/9/2015 08:59 | Exactly mate, a nice bottom is forming. A break above 220 and this will move swiftly to 300p on short covering alone. POO is the ultimate mover but greed and fear will play a part too. I'm adding to my holding around 200p. | mreasygoing
11/9/2015 08:23 | All the bad news is in the price (and some!) - the share price chart shows a bottom forming and the smart money is covering short positions. | largechablis
11/9/2015 08:07 | Here's a positive note. From the U.S., but ok... Keyword: shortcovering (Maybe they took this down to squeeze and buy? Bound to bounce ;-) | olieslim
11/9/2015 07:56 | TEN is the key. As long as that goes to plan it will be fine in the long run even at $50 oil...... | oilretire
10/9/2015 20:32 | It's his misguided opinion !! If oil was at 60, tullow would be at £4 plus !! It's the shorters last dance If opec cut they are toast ! | amaretto1

10/9/2015 17:07 | USA oil production down nearly half a million barrels a day from june to september, at some point the oil price should take notice of this decline which is forecast to continue. | lonrho
10/9/2015 17:00 | HSBC today buy ! Goldman Sachs buy today ! | amaretto1
