30/9/2021 06:40 | Didn't get the chance to buy through PB (offer and already closed by the time I noticed the out of hours RNS and had downloaded the app). A little more notice would've been polite. Not a fan of this approach. | 1nf3rn0
30/9/2021 06:31 | finance I understand your misgivings. Its the first time I have used it. I thought I would give it a go. Will see how it goes and will let you know. Couple of things I dont like about it. When I first came across it my first thought was that its basically an app for those addicted to gambling (in this case on Placings). I dont like that. However if used correctly (I hope) its quick an efficient - especially see the advantages to the company so would imagine its here to stay and in the interests of PB to operate efficiently. The other thing Im not keen on (especially with this being my first time) is I feel a bit out of control - and Im a bit of a control freak - I rarely use stops. Not knowing the price is a bit unsettling. GSF have used PB and for that the price is known (though Im not involved in that placing bid). Anyway there certainly wasnt much time to deliberate though I nearly bought on the market yesterday. I had actually pressed the button but the market had just closed - then the RNS came out. Hopefully thats a sign - and hopefully not that Im an idiot :-) | scruff1
30/9/2021 06:08 | I am not sure that I like this PB way of placing, I would prefer to buy straight into my existing accounts where I already have funds available for this! Am I missing something? | financeguru
29/9/2021 21:36 | Ill see what happens in the morning. Ive put a bid in through PB but my sales were from my ISA so may put that back in as well as PB not guaranteed. Can only see it going north once the placing is done and the instant sellers have taken their profits. | scruff1
29/9/2021 18:37 | Yep 205 or 210 at a guess I'm thinking of buying on the market in the morning Undo recent trimmings | williamcooper104
29/9/2021 18:34 | Price announced in the morning pre market I expect. Not expecting much of a discount. Maybe 210p. And it’ll be well subscribed as usual. | n0rbie
29/9/2021 18:32 | Skinny Back to your picture. After selling most I have bought back in to the Placing (maybe) at a discount (maybe). Finger tapping time. What price anyone reckon the placing?? Is the current share price a discount or a premium to the placing.? Should I hedge my bets and buy some on the market tomorrow?? Will have to see how the share price moves on opening. Tee dum tee dum tee. dum. Any views ?? | scruff1
29/9/2021 18:20 | Offer closing at 7.30pm | 8w

29/9/2021 17:26 | Thats another £5k each for the better half and me applied for ...always a bit nervous though when you don't know the price. Fingers crossed we get a bit of a discount. | bloodhair
29/9/2021 17:23 | So not hard to see why we trade at a premium | williamcooper104
29/9/2021 17:22 | No great surprise Very encouraging development pipeline 7 yield on cost is c80 percent profit on cost, or a c15 percent cash on cash yield at 35 percent leverage on the GDV of newly developed assets | williamcooper104
29/9/2021 17:04 | Looks like they are going the Primary Bid route, email just in for anyone that's interested. | skinny
29/9/2021 16:52 | Now we know. Well spotted William | scruff1
29/9/2021 16:22 | Love it - been waiting to get a discounted buy, waiting for it to go live on PB! | n0rbie
29/9/2021 16:21 | Taking into account the financial effects of the Issue and its deployment in isolation, and excluding the impact of future rental growth and yield movements, the targeted development activity and associated £34 million of additional rental income, on a proforma basis, would be expected by the Company to generate, upon stabilisation: o Growth in adjusted earnings per share of approximately 12%; o Growth in dividends per share of approximately 12%; and o Growth in EPRA NTA per share of approximately 7% | n0rbie
29/9/2021 16:06 | Proposed placing and development update | cwa1
28/9/2021 12:35 | Actually skinny that would be a more appropriate statue on wall st instead of that Bull :-) | scruff1
28/9/2021 11:34 | Where did you that picture of me? :-) | scruff1
28/9/2021 11:11 | Therein lies the rub. | skinny
28/9/2021 11:07 | Yep. Ive sold a large part after a similar run - from around 140. Decision now is -if and when to re enter. Not a bad dividend but I am pondering if there is any great value left in the medium term | scruff1
28/9/2021 10:58 | Well its certainly been in an uptrend since the covid induced fall early last year. As I've said before, these are now my largest holding by value, so the recent fall is painful - particularly as I hold WHR,SHED & AEWU - which are all faltering in a similar manner, but, after a decent run. | skinny
28/9/2021 10:41 | Probably just fund or funds rebalancing imo. May see holdings announcement though only if the sales reach the threshold. | geko5trade
28/9/2021 10:32 | Skinny Im not a chartist. Does that one mean the share price is going to rise for ever? | scruff1 |
