29/9/2016 17:34 | Who are you with janeann? I use TD Direct and the corporate action notification was emailed to me today with the ability to elect what to do with your entitlement and apply for extra shares is on the website today. And yes, private investors are eligible. | lomcovaks
29/9/2016 15:23 | I have had the notification of the meeting and voting opportunity through my broker, but no mention of the open offer - can anyone confirm that private investors are eligible please? thanks | janeann
29/9/2016 09:12 | Anley That's helpful for now. I picked up some in the summer but the prospectus painted an aggressive acquisition picture. I guess you are referring to Segro re fund and the other players in the Uk are Goodman, Roxhill, proLogis none of which have a fund? | steptoes yard
29/9/2016 09:09 | A fair way to go because until recently only the big institutions (pension and insurance funds) were the buyers. Now we have a new bunch on the street doing some very smart deals and the position is now that the pension funds are buying BBOX as they can sit back and do no work but collect an ever increasing dividend..........th Long term holding with a chance to make a turn every now and again. Any more questions.......... | anley
29/9/2016 07:48 | Genuine question, at what point does the co get to a position when only tertiary sheds are available ? | steptoes yard
29/9/2016 06:02 | Bloody hell another fund raising! After MRO, now BBOX, and then PHNX. Do we all get poorer before getting richer? | sogoesit
28/9/2016 15:28 | Search for "indicative timetable" | skinny
28/9/2016 15:15 | Get your dates right and read carefully the offer letter in full please....... | anley
28/9/2016 15:00 | Nothing is showing on my broker account | saj3
28/9/2016 14:37 | Until 11 am 13th October | greatgiginthesky
28/9/2016 14:33 | How long do you have to buy at the 132p price? | saj3
28/9/2016 14:16 | Back in at 137 missed the offer but happy to take past profit and prospective divi . | frankf1105
28/9/2016 14:06 | Hmm I haven't seen anything in my III account about the offer. This sucks if I've missed another offer yet again. | gilotron
28/9/2016 11:52 | Last time I was not a shareholder and still got most of the shares I applied for. Could be a better bet than buying now, but that is anybody`s guess. Looking at the share price chart shows that February`s offer was only a short term blip in the share price. | tyranosaurus
28/9/2016 10:44 | CJ, after the last Open Offer in January this year the share price drifted down by a few pence until the results of the offer were announced (offer/placing significantly oversubscribed and increased in size) when the share price quickly established its premium to NAV. With today's share price reaction it looks like the same is happening this time. So you could well be getting in with good timing. I have subscribed for my new shares in each of the last two offers and will do so again this time. Unlike last time I will be applying for excess shares (last time such applications were met in full) not only because I like this company, but also because I am reducing portfolio risk. It has been said before that BBOX is a 'get rich slowly' company and that suits me admirably. | greatgiginthesky
28/9/2016 09:51 | Thanks. Yes, had missed that in the RNS. However I've been looking at buying these for a while and have just bought in as price reaction to the open offer has created a good opportunity. | cousin jack
28/9/2016 08:51 | Unfortunately, I don't think so, taken from RNS this morning: The Open Offer Record Date for entitlements under the Open Offer 5.00 p.m. on 26 September 2016 | wirralowl
28/9/2016 08:28 | Am I correct in thinking that if I buy more shares today (Wednesday) they will be eligible for the open offer ? | cousin jack
28/9/2016 07:12 | This is not unexpected as they have to distribute 90% of profits. I consider this a chance to increase my holding with no dealing costs or stamp duty. I will be applying for more than my 1 for 11 entitlement. Probability that offer will be increased to £250m as was the previous one. Good yield of 4.7% | tyranosaurus
28/9/2016 06:30 | Another Open Offer - this company has a large appetite for equity, so the investing technique seems to be to sell out just before the next offer and buy back in at a lower price - well done Frank! | 18bt
10/9/2016 09:32 | Sold out at 148 but will be jumping back in if we hit 140so hoping for a bit more of a decline | frankf1105
09/9/2016 19:54 | That`s corrected the recent spike. Now on the right price. Any further weakness may indicate that a fund raising may be coming. I`m not in the least bit concerned. | tyranosaurus
01/9/2016 16:33 | Excellent performance for a reit! | gswredland
01/9/2016 15:16 | I'm more than happy - I purchased @100.95p and more recently, @122.90p. | skinny
01/9/2016 14:45 | Nice Skinny. 29% gain since Brexit lows + divi ... | chester |
