24/6/2016 11:27 | just added, happy to slowly build a stake | tudes100
24/6/2016 11:14 | Back to last share offer price of £1.24. | tyranosaurus
17/6/2016 14:10 | Would've thought Q1 dividend declaration must be imminent. From 2015 Final Results: "The Board intends to adopt a progressive dividend policy for 2016, with a target dividend of 6.2 pence per share for the year." | speedsgh
17/6/2016 12:06 | No. Just selling on the run up to EU vote next week. | killing_time
17/6/2016 11:56 | Has this gone ex-divi? There a largish drop this week and I think it was ex-divi around this time last year | mach100
16/6/2016 13:44 | Heading back to £1.30 which will be a good point to top up. | tyranosaurus
24/5/2016 20:25 | Excellent! | rathlindri
24/5/2016 13:46 | Another acquisition. Getting closer to the £1.40 mark. | tyranosaurus
28/4/2016 17:35 | Thanks Wirral. | melf
28/4/2016 11:31 | Melf, IG allow you to trade it, as DFB or future contracts, depending on timing spread can be reasonable imo. | wirralowl
26/4/2016 19:44 | Surely 140p is nailed on. A safe divi here with good visibility and huge barriers to entry. With smaller retail units like BHS going to the wall, the market will be dominated by big players who need mega warehouses. Better than a bond currently as you have capital growth from these levels and returned 19/4% last year compared to the UK REIT INDEX of 10.5%. An excellent share in a thriving sector! | mach100
26/4/2016 17:42 | No intention of shorting. I spoke to LCG (London Capital Group) who reactivated the share on their trading platform for me. Unfortunately, the spread is too much imo. | melf
26/4/2016 14:07 | I hope you are not going to short it? | 4wingrove
25/4/2016 14:22 | Can anyone recommend a spread betting firm that trades this share? Thanks. | melf
11/4/2016 15:46 | Just noticed the following Questor article from 30/3, the second part of which is dedicated to BBOX... Warehouse companies have ample room to keep growing - Tritax Big Box 134½p -0.3p Questor says BUY Although smaller than Segro in terms of market capitalisation, Tritax Big Box REIT is considered a leader in logistics property. Its £1.3bn portfolio comprises modern distribution space built since 2000, all of which is fully rented to high quality tenants. It is also in a good position to expand its portfolio, having completed a £200m equity raise in February which was highly oversubscribed, showing investor appetite in this sector. It has wasted no time in spending some of the cash: earlier this week it acquired Argos’s national distribution centre in Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire for £74.65m, having last week bought a distribution centre in Bristol let to food wholesalers Brake Bros. It too is likely to benefit from rent rises, as demand increases too quickly for supply to keep pace. In 2015 Tritax’s shares delivered a total return of 19.4pc, almost twice that of the UK REIT Index which stands at 10.5pc. The company seems to be going from strength to strength. Buy. | speedsgh
31/3/2016 05:02 | Well done, tyrano. My apologies but my invitation arrived late... :-) ... and I was slow exiting WKP. Good luck! | sogoesit
30/3/2016 11:16 | Sogoesit. You`re late. I got in 2 months ago in the offer at £1.24 with no extra costs, then topped up at £1.24 + costs. | tyranosaurus
30/3/2016 09:59 | New holder here. Bought in yesterday at 135, swapping out of WKP. Objective: income plus growth. | sogoesit
29/3/2016 07:41 | Acquisition of Argos national distribution centre... | battlebus2
26/3/2016 10:00 | giammy85 Below is the Tritax BBOX dividend record so far...seems very little rhyme or reason to it though, so its anyone's guess. Total payment for last financial year did meet their targetted 6p though: Year end Declare Ex Div Payment Due Dividend 31/12/2015 27/01/2016 11/02/2016 09/03/2016 3.00p 31/12/2015 21/08/2015 03/09/2015 23/09/2015 0.50p 31/12/2015 08/06/2015 18/06/2015 15/07/2015 1.50p 31/12/2015 06/03/2015 19/03/2015 22/04/2015 1.00p 31/12/2014 23/02/2015 05/03/2015 18/03/2015 0.80p 31/12/2014 20/11/2014 27/11/2014 17/12/2014 1.50p 31/12/2014 08/07/2014 16/07/2014 08/08/2014 1.85p | wirralowl
24/3/2016 07:29 | Good RNS today! | fargonorthdakota
18/3/2016 11:58 | so they expect a dividend of 6.2p for 2016, but when is the 1st interim ex-div date? Last year was on 19 March | giammy85
18/3/2016 08:53 | Could be through 135 today. | battlebus2 |
