11/9/2018 12:38 | Really just trying to add to the value case the cash now brings. In the summer we had an approx EV of £77m as our net debt was $0.1m and we reached a MCAP of £77m. I personally believe the recent updates and clearing of debt makes us much more attractive than when we were last at £77m MCAP. Current cash is hard to call and probably worth waiting for the update for but whichever metric used TRIN is attractive. | mark10101
11/9/2018 12:35 | mark I'm an optimist and yes I would 'hope' for similar figures but was just wondering. | dunderheed
11/9/2018 12:25 | re post 2090 and Mark's EV assumptions....As an FD I have bought business's based on just that using a ROI criteria to estimate an intrinsic value together with business synergies to give a final valuation. | marvelman
11/9/2018 12:19 | DH, only a rough guess with debt having been paid down what we have left. Hopefully we have around $20/£15m. What do you think, so many variables... We will find out soon though. | mark10101
11/9/2018 12:13 | "To compute the EV, first calculate the company's market cap, add total debt (including long- and short-term debt reported in the balance sheet) and subtract cash and investments (also reported in the balance sheet). Market capitalization is the share price multiplied by the number of outstanding shares" | marvelman
11/9/2018 12:03 | 2087 - its nothing to do with takeover price?! | dunderheed
11/9/2018 12:02 | oh lol re 2086 he doesn't sorry (F me!!)!! But do you mind providing guidance as to your cash balances? | dunderheed

11/9/2018 11:55 | The enterprise value is MCAP + debt or minus cash. It is the best way to compare companies as they are all in different debt/cash position. | mark10101
11/9/2018 11:35 | Market capitalisation: £72.01 million , where do you take 55m from ? | diseasex
11/9/2018 11:33 | Yes enterprise value in the £55m MCAP, undervalued with what we know with all speculation aside. | mark10101

11/9/2018 11:15 | · Cash balance of US$9.1m (unaudited) as at 30 June 2018 · US$20.0m fundraise completed post period end | mark10101
11/9/2018 11:11 | 9.1 m cash on June , is that placing inclusive or from cash flow ? I hate these RNS in TRIN, always so vague | diseasex
11/9/2018 09:34 | God moaning, Just maybe this will be the trading update that does not result in a fall in price. Interesting trading over the last week, coupled with some encouraging RNS’s could scupper the previous trends and the people trying to trade them. | mark10101
11/9/2018 09:18 | Allo allo, you're off again. Lol | makingmillions
11/9/2018 09:12 | I get the felling news is possible before the results and looking at the current trading it certainly looks like seats are being taken. | mark10101 |
