Really just trying to add to the value case the cash now brings. In the summer we had an approx EV of £77m as our net debt was $0.1m and we reached a MCAP of £77m. I personally believe the recent updates and clearing of debt makes us much more attractive than when we were last at £77m MCAP. Current cash is hard to call and probably worth waiting for the update for but whichever metric used TRIN is attractive.

re post 2090 and Mark's EV assumptions....As an FD I have bought business's based on just that using a ROI criteria to estimate an intrinsic value together with business synergies to give a final valuation.

DH, only a rough guess with debt having been paid down what we have left. Hopefully we have around $20/£15m. What do you think, so many variables... We will find out soon though.

I think dis is aware of that mark - but perhaps was questioning how you arrived at the cash balance figure to take from mkt cap?
Do you mind indicating?

The enterprise value is MCAP + debt or minus cash. It is the best way to compare companies as they are all in different debt/cash position.

Yes enterprise value in the £55m MCAP, undervalued with what we know with all speculation aside.

9.1 m cash on June , is that placing inclusive or from cash flow ? I hate these RNS in TRIN, always so vague

God moaning, Just maybe this will be the trading update that does not result in a fall in price. Interesting trading over the last week, coupled with some encouraging RNS’s could scupper the previous trends and the people trying to trade them.

I get the felling news is possible before the results and looking at the current trading it certainly looks like seats are being taken.
