12/8/2024 10:21 | Large delayed sells at nine o’clock. It’s a snidy market. Delayed sells!!!! The LSE is as crooked as hell. Yes Dunder, I am not sure either of these companies is kosher. Trin used to be very professional. Until BD died and TM left. Sharply downhill then. These AIM companies seem to be willing to sell their grannies down the Swanee and fleece shareholders at any turn. Trinity need to clarify what is happening with LOL. It is urgent. I think shareholders should at the very least contact them via email ( Vigo or direct). They need to release another RNS saying if LOL is viable or not. I know you read this , Trin. You NEED to clarify the viability of the LOL offer ASAP/URGENT via RNS. It is not fair to shareholders. Some of us are not in-and -outers. We have been shareholders a long time. Play it fair and let us know the real situation with LOL. I know you read this!!!!! | nocents
12/8/2024 09:27 | No. That is not happening. No-one is buying TXP today. One small purchase of £3k. There is no-one queuing to buy TXP. Unless they fall further of course. Not an opinion. It is a fact really. What a vexing share/company this is. Don’t have a clue what is going on here. TXP is no help. Only one trade today and we are in the dark regarding the merger. | nocents
12/8/2024 09:19 | Irrational market 2 or 3 sells send it down. Almost equal scoop up buys do not make it recover. AIM loves to plummet a share but does not return the favour. The mm’s have intentionally brought the price down with 6 sells of a single share at 53p. | nocents
12/8/2024 08:51 | nocents - it could be that Ab76's threats of taking them out of the TRIN frying pan into the TXP fire have got some people selling. | arlington chetwynd talbott
12/8/2024 08:50 | Because anyone that expects TXP deal to go through might be inclined to sell TRIN and buy TXP and make enhanced number of TXP shares. | che7win
12/8/2024 08:40 | Why the drop? | nocents
12/8/2024 07:34 | Andrew "If anyone wanted cash, they should have done what Pavey did and sold on the morning of August 2nd." I think you may have given the wrong impression there as that sale at 62.02p on 2/8 was the sale of my purchase at 50.22p on 25/7......sometimes you get lucky !! Since 24/10/23 I have bought c. 50k shares and sold c.50k shares but retained my core holding.(in the six months prior to this I did not buy or sell) I would suggest that any potential for any "quick turn" on any dealing has now gone and we all must wait for things to unfold. I agree that the LO bid is low but it is the only bid. The TXP merger is a good alternative but even if TRIN is a great deal for them do they have a management competent enough to exploit it.......just being better than the TRIN management doesn't make them good!! A lot of moving parts here and we can only sit back and watch.......not really prepared to sell out if it looks like I can get 20% more in a few months. PS: As we are in this forced pause there is no reason for any other bidder to show their hand (if they exist) but it may come and I don't believe that LOL have made this bid without having another 10% to throw in. We are all playing the game so as usual "you pays your money you takes your chance" | pavey ark
12/8/2024 06:21 | Ab76 - "its £160 million or so of tax losses, which subject to sufficient profit being generated are worth about £60 million or 153p per share."You may want to check that calculation. Those tax losses are not 100% allowable. | arlington chetwynd talbott
11/8/2024 22:16 | Andrew - thank you for highlighting some of the value in TRIN. Perhaps an offer of 3 TXP shares for each TRIN would be appropriate and would get TXP over the line? | sleepy
11/8/2024 20:15 | nocents - I sympathise with you. As the saying goes “you couldn’t make it up” | sleepy
11/8/2024 19:39 | Ok I didn’t know that. Clarity important. Quite honestly, I don’t have a clue what’s really going on…waters are so muddied. | nocents
11/8/2024 19:37 | nocents - yes you only need 50%+ to vote out directors. I believe (and would be happy to be accurately corrected) that telling them what to do needs 75%+ | sleepy
11/8/2024 18:10 | It cannot be 75% as we voted out the BOD of Infrastrata with 52%. Clarity is needed here. | nocents
11/8/2024 17:41 | Thanks Andrew. Is that just your view or is there precedent? | sleepy
11/8/2024 16:34 | Andrew - I would be happy to be corrected but my understanding is that a resolution directing a Board to do or not do something requires a 75% majority | sleepy
11/8/2024 14:30 | Those considering an EGM, also consider it has to be paid for. Also consider that 50% of those voting, in person or proxy, would be needed for passing proposed resolutions. | nocents
11/8/2024 13:43 | nocents - presumably you do not want to be bounced into the TXP deal by an EGM? | arlington chetwynd talbott |
