All rather frustrating, the share price is stuck. I just wonder whether there is a lack of optimism about long term 3 year plus outlook for oil prices in which case a growth strategy may not prove profitable. Perhaps going for an affordable £5-10 million annual dividend now and modest growth would be a more prudent approach. If the long term oil prices drops, which it may well do as environmentally sustainable alternatives prevail, we may end up with a business producing 8000 barrels but not capable of delivering a return.

Yes RNS’s are frustrating sometimes. We know what’s in tge which kinda makes tgem defunct.
Am having call to Trin in Trinidad later today (4 hrs. behind) so am hoping to discuss much.

Well if its any consolation nocents TXP holders must be equally as frustrated albeit they havn't had to endure a placing that has put many of us underwater. They too are rangebound recently but they will have some profits to ease the frustration. Anyone who was prepared to lose money by selling will have gone by now and those of us who remain are clearly determined to see it out. Only the placees still remaining that havn't made their 10% are sitting between us and blue sky....we need a positive RNS to shift them and not just one that tells us what we already know or worked out for ourselves as has been the norm so far.

We have 650k shares bought today. Considering that there is still a seller (450k) that ain’t so bad. Assuming they are sells.As I am very aware ..Mm’s will permit favoured buyers at low rates ratger than lose their preferred business status. Well-documented. Very hard to know...but even at 15p could be buy . 15.25 was 2 days ago and showing as sell.
Or tbh they could just be sells!

Big call from you there fella! Id love to pull out now but not on a loss...after so many years of pain here i kinda stay in knowing the minute I sell they would go up and I feel like after such disappointment I wanna be in if that happens...like I deserve it!!!

MT, to be fair if we are not well north of here by end of Q1 2019 my patience will have come to an end also.

However I do feel the management are having to play a patience game themselves, as I believe our best opportunities will come out of the T&T restructuring/partnerships. This is what I believe TRIN have positioned themselves for and are very much in the hands of others regarding this. Herritage Petroleum goes live 1st December. In a logical world the T&T government will reform the oil tax system in time for this along with other measures to stimulate the T&T production. Certainly worth the wait in my view as we have significant value relative to production/reserves/PE at current share price. A fantastic risk/reward set up IMHO.
