16/7/2018 11:26 | BODs will always be insiders. Here at least they have skin in the game and have also suffered. But I get your comments wwick / marvel... | melody9999
16/7/2018 11:21 | ...they do unfortunately, Pinkfoot but we were hoping these were different. I doubt whether many would ever "get behind" this BOD after the debacle suffered by most PI's. However, it is certainly time to draw a line under this event and wait to recover our investment with hopefully a premium to it. | marvelman
16/7/2018 11:16 | shame oil is falling. | diseasex
16/7/2018 11:15 | I personally think it’s time to get behind the BOD and stop the twining.I took a big chunk of the Placing and have no intention of selling. The BOD were taking a very sensible route in raising money and the share price will soon be back where it should be.Its a pity other BODs don’t follow this route more often | pinkfoot2
16/7/2018 11:06 | Whatever pain the BOD is suffering is self inflicted and purposeful...not so the rest of us. | marvelman
16/7/2018 11:04 | ….those last seven words sum up the feeling of grievance perfectly for me wwick and many others I suspect. | marvelman
16/7/2018 10:57 | melody you will be shot for opening this can up ;-) . Did Bruce know about the placing and not buy above 20p like many retail investors did (yes). Were retail investors able to mitigate the pain to the same degree (no, heavily scaled back). Not all share holders pain is equal. | wwick
16/7/2018 10:46 | This is how I see Bruce's holding. Assume share price before placing at 21p ... share price now 17.5p. Gain on subscription shares therefore 2.5p. Holding share price Value £12,215,498 21 £2,565,255 £12,215,498 17.5 £2,137,712 Loss £427,542 Subcription Gain £1,270,616 £1,270,616 2.5 £31,765 Gain £31,765 Overall -£395,777 By my calcs, the share price will need to be above 20p before Bruce gets back above the £2,565,255 prior to the placing. Are the Directors not also sharing the pain, or am I (most likely) missing something? | melody9999
16/7/2018 10:20 | yep we are holding debt free, healthy company with hedged sub 40$ oil. what can go wrong? | diseasex
16/7/2018 10:14 | Dunder, 24p is sub £100mcap and still below 5PE forward earnings.... ignoring no debt and a hefty bank balance. | mark10101
16/7/2018 10:13 | depends on oil.. | diseasex
16/7/2018 10:04 | Well 30 may be pushing it but who knows? I'll admit if it hit 24p before end of year I'd have to re-consider my options. Although as is ever the case - if it reached 24p with some ease - I'd stick around as greed would motivate me - as I never learn lol!! | dunderheed
16/7/2018 09:57 | No, I'm not out, I'm in for the long term here and hope to see this above 30 soon enough. | pieball
16/7/2018 09:55 | for this move to be valid we really need to break 18p. | diseasex
16/7/2018 09:51 | Oh sorry Marvel - I was really responding to "pieball" post (1456) anyway which I interpreted as saying they were out now! I agree re not selling (now), as difficult as it is to swallow, I'm sure a lot of unhappy punters will be able to get out significantly higher in only a couple of months but either way, without wishing to sound rude, don't care either and each to their own!! Best of luck all. | dunderheed
16/7/2018 09:34 | No one is talking about selling DH...we will have all come to terms with what has happened by now. | marvelman
16/7/2018 09:17 | Guys I am not giving advice or ramping etc here by any means however, I personally have value of £75mm for this company prior to ops and lookahead guidance, being issued formally by company. I know a lot of people are angry on here but surely sell when £75mm plus rather than sell emotionally now, further 'spiting your face'? With a good ops update and lookahead - plus cash on BS this could reach £85mm quite quickly surely? Just my 2p worth and all imho, dyor, no investment advice intended and best of luck all!!! | dunderheed
16/7/2018 09:01 | Lets save our ire for the BOD when the opportunity next arrives and who knows they may even surprise us on the upside next time we get an RNS...I look forward to that!! | marvelman
16/7/2018 08:59 | We should all have vented our anger at this unwelcome episode by now and nothing will change the frustration of seeing a big hole in our investment which needs to be repaired and will be with a little patience. | marvelman
16/7/2018 08:53 | No Finished, bye! | pieball
16/7/2018 08:51 | one of the few BOD that I trusted on AIM have lost my support. they could do it without | kaos3
16/7/2018 08:48 | Pieball the fruit may look a little bruised and satisfy my appetite. Separate unconnected points. Enjoying this, keep coming… soon when all else fails the personal attacks will come (started “move on”), brilliant. | wwick
16/7/2018 08:45 | Hopefully strong newsflow to come shortly on potential targets. | imjustdandy |
