By the way, Hargreaves have sorted out my subscription tonight. Now got the £10k of shares, and then split thereafter. So got another £7.2k of shares at 15p tonight.

Not sure where they've come from though.

Hopefully otters using HL have had similar help?

52 Week High was 27.90p on 8th May.

Dilution was 26.5%, so that corresponds to 20.5p. (27.9-7.4)

However market cap isn't that useful imo. Enterprise Value is better because it takes account of cash and debt,- any bid for the company takes on both.

Current market cap is £65m at 17p. Assuming £15m net cash (they raised £15m anyway), someone bidding 17p for Trinity would only need to find approx £50m. Far too cheap!

So share price has to rise considerably, say to about 27p, to rise from the current EV of about £50m to the £79m EV when it was trading at 27.9p on May 8th.

And none of this takes account of fact the business should now grow much faster with the extra cash.

Prior to placing number of shares on issue was 282 mill after placing 384 mill.

At 26p mkt cap was £100m with 384 mill shares on issue, now with over 490 mill shares 20.5p delivers a £100m mkt cap. So some way still to go!

71m ish was the mcap at the top (26 ish). so we are close to the top really..

I would guess that much of the placing shares that were up for selling have been redistributed to new homes.

TXP profits?

Suspect most shareholders view TXP and TRIN as minimum 2-3 year investments in the recovery phase of a long term, highly cyclical market - not 20%-30% scalps for nickel and dime traders.
