02/10/2017 14:16 | Mark Cln discourages a bid slightly not totally as dilution is only 20%. However what's interesting is the management options and the broker note both being similar. Seems 35-40p is very realistic and that's without galeota ridge. Expect if that came in the price would be substantially higher than 35p. S | shrewdmole
02/10/2017 14:12 | Esmerelda that is a new angle for me and very useful insight. Tied in with the incentive for the management to pay it off, it will only be done when our financial health allows, once that is proven by paying it off it will give the all clear to an offer and hopefully by then we will be at a much higher level. | mark10101
02/10/2017 14:09 | My weekly chart is showing now is the time to buy! | lexus880
02/10/2017 13:44 | Esmeralda The management aren't stupid are they and owning so much of the company are shareholders themselves so work for us instead of milking wages and having no skin in the game. S | shrewdmole
02/10/2017 13:41 | Esmerelda - spot on. Gives them time to create shareholder value. | the big fella
02/10/2017 13:39 | retsius...that is a very common issue, particularly if the trade goes through the NEX exchange. Most of my buys through NEX show up as sells because of the ridiculously wide quoted spread on NEX. The reported trades are only estimated buys/sells based on their proximity to the prevailing quoted bid/offer. | gleach23
02/10/2017 13:28 | I think the CLNs (convertible loan notes) we had been concerned about actively discourage there being a takeover offer for the company. If the CLNs are triggered by a takeover, which they would be as that is one of the conversion conditions, then another 20% of shares are issued. This acts as a 'poison pill' defence to deter any bidder in the short term. On reflection I think that's why the CLNs exist, to give the company time to restore itself without the immediate fear of there being an opportunist bid. | esmerelda
02/10/2017 13:24 | Pineapple1 There seems to be an issue in reporting trades. My buy this morning was recorded in Trades as a sell. R. | retsius
02/10/2017 12:12 | Looks like its breaking above the late July high when it dropped down to about 10p. To clear that high will turn this rise bullishly impulsive. Looking good. Just can't understand why there were so many sellers at lower prices for a give away price. Bizzare!!!!! | pineapple1
02/10/2017 12:09 | TRIN....Could well be a take over proposition, for its assetts and cash flow ????? | spellbrook
02/10/2017 12:06 | This last bit is really nice, “We are also encouraged by the company’s prudent approach to capital discipline, allocating funds to production and development assets to generate material cash flows and compelling economic returns, focusing on extracting value from the ‘low hanging fruit’ in its portfolio.” But we still have other brokers to comment, it will be very interesting when this breaks through the 18p mark, | squiresquire |
