17/8/2017 08:30 | Looking interesting this morning, agreed Shrewdmole. | mark10101
17/8/2017 07:20 | Aim There's constant talk of a persistent seller but right upto close yesterday I could get a quote above published bid to sell upto 500k shares so someone wants stock imho. If mere mortals like us can see the valuation gap then I'm sure there are far more heavyweight players that can see it too. Some big sells got soaked up yesterday. Fair play toon nice trade but again the sells were soaked up quite easily. It will break back out when it's ready but certainly some bigger action going on that we aren't aware of yet. 16/8/2017 16:29 | Think by September or October this will be above the previous highs this year and wouldn't be surprised to see it in 20p range then. Think it will have a few more quick trading opportunities before then though. | thetoonarmy2
16/8/2017 16:01 | Another good draw supportive for WTI. | mark10101
16/8/2017 13:21 | Fair enough toon, a good trade and feel you are right the real fireworks will be in a few months if oil behaves. | mark10101
16/8/2017 12:10 | Doodlemug you ask will 9.5 be seen again I very much doubt it when it touched that couple of weeks ago I was buying and other than 150k at 9.8 & 350k at 9.9p I didn't see anyone getting any at prices near 9.5p. I finished selling em all this am at 11.3p £6.5k for a couple weeks on a T20 I'm happy, if it comes down around 10p mark will have another punt I know how you lot don't like traders but were cursing when you didn't get out at 16p a couple months ago! I still think it will be about end September or October before Trinity comes to life big time then I will buy and hold. | thetoonarmy2
16/8/2017 10:28 | Seller still relentless | aimmafia
16/8/2017 08:30 | Yes not very significant in my opinion, would need to be a chunky buy in the millions to get the market excited. It does no harm seeing directors buy in but let's hope just a first step. Looks a strong start today I think the selling pressure is being lifted. | mark10101
16/8/2017 08:16 | Only £25k but a start! | deeppockets
16/8/2017 07:58 | Initial purchase for non exec. Wonder if he will add. | shrewdmole
16/8/2017 07:53 | Bruce stated that the West coast assets had been up for sale since February - the CLN will have been fully informed | croasdalelfc
16/8/2017 06:59 | Must be another confidence boost for TRIN shareholders imo... 15/8/2017 22:19 | Heads Up on MATD MATD HUGE news today, Fallen from 32p when Bergen deal was announced and now NO MORE DILUTION till Mid Oct.. .MASSIVE upside with 2 Billion barrel prize Drilling next month! Back to 30p levels soon. | timw3
15/8/2017 19:24 | Very much doubt 9.5p will be seen! Add together the last three RNS' and I'd expect we should be starting on an upward curve! The director buy will garner a lot of interest tomorrow hopefully plus there seemed to be less sells today! Could be ready for lift off! Fingers crossed! | f3rdinand
15/8/2017 18:52 | Maybe 19.5p | shrewdmole
15/8/2017 18:47 | Hi guys Does anyone think we will see 9.5p again? | doodlemug
15/8/2017 18:33 | Esmerelda, i think it's standard to need approval from senior debt holders BEFORE selling an asset. Otherwise they risk directors flogging off the means to pay off the debt, when they are supposed to be front of the queue. So if these debt holders dont agree to the sale I'd expect the sale to be withdrawn. I know TRIN will have the cash to pay off this convertible debt if they want to do it that way, but that doesn't seem to be the plan and Im confident Bruce knows what he's doing. I expect them to refinance the convertible debt with a cheap bank loan. They are now a profitable company and banks love to lend to profitable companies. The government debt will need to be paid down, but there's no need to take all debt to zero so Id expect them to carry some debt especially when TRIN has this great opportunity to invest in Galeota Ridge to make the next step change up. | whiskeyinthejar
15/8/2017 17:15 | Perfect.....shows confidence imo and this man was brought in for a reason to push Trinity on... James Menzies, Non-Executive Director, made the following share purchase: Date purchased Price Volume(s) 14 August 2017 11p 250,000 | spellbrook
15/8/2017 16:32 | Well, the feverish AT trades seem to have abated for now. | phowdo
15/8/2017 11:21 | The CLNs can be triggered by the holders after two years, on the sale of the company OR a "material disposal". Whether 190 out of 2650 bopd is material or not is down to the lawyers but it could be that one or more of the holders thinks so. If triggered then the $6.55m CLNs convert at $0.08125 per share (6.3p) which I think adds 80.6m shares. (Details pg 14 of 2016 accounts). With 282.4m shares issued to date I make that a 22% dilution (albeit resulting in removal of the $6.55m CLN debt). That's why I would prefer the asset sale proceeds to pay off the CLNs before they can be converted by holders in Dec 18. It might also help explain the share price performance? | esmerelda
15/8/2017 10:12 | From the Trinity website:- www.trinityexplorati As I read it these individuals own circa 45% of the company and there is no other shareholder with more than 4% of the company. | marvelman
15/8/2017 10:07 | Looking good, stronger open a good omen. | mark10101
15/8/2017 09:42 | There appears to be some background buying going on in large quantities so hopefully any seller won't have much ammunition left? | f3rdinand
15/8/2017 09:34 | Some on LSE suggesting the the west cost sale is triggering the LN's, I believe it is the sale of the company not part of it? | mark10101 |
