Interesting - 12,406 shares just bought at 40p, a full 1p above the published 39p offer price. That's keen.

Nice idea shauney2. AVG do say they're after "targeted acquisitions", but I'd want cash rather than AVG's overvalued paper :o))

What a nice fit TCN would be for AVG.
If they offered double the current price based on next years forecast would be they would be getting a bargain.

New highs now.

AVG announced results today, including a good performance by and outlook for its Aerospace division, which hopefully bodes well for TCN.

AVG appears to me to be rather overpriced now on a P/E of 20, whereas TCN sits on a current year P/E of 12 soon reducing to 6.6 based upon 5.7p EPS forecast next year.

The preclose RNS should be good. Key Q is that already in the price? I think not as the shares are at a discount to peers. I'm hoping for the elusive 50p barrier to be broken. May not happen on Oct 4th but hopefuly this calendar year.

You're right - online now I can sell at least 35,000 at a premium at 36.25p, but can only buy a maximum 1,000 at the full 38p offer!

AGM on 24 September so should be an RNS on that date , so we should see how things are going in China and USA.

I thought this would tread water until the AGM in September.Good to see the steady buying.

Don't think it will take much buying to get to 5 year highs.No stock about as I speak.1k max at 38p.Sell plenty.

Get past 38.5p and its clear sky for a while.
