It’s a shocker. I’ve been involved with a few supposedly straightforward software installations (I’m not an IT professional) and when it goes well it takes a few hours. When it goes badly it takes a few days. If they are having to keep extra UK staff in Singapore that’s going to cost a lot. And is open ended.

I assume you mean NTU which is Singapore. But the loss on that contract is close to 80% of its supposed value. IC was spot on.

That's a stinker of an update on the Vietnamese contract.

I’ve sold here. Good bit in the IC says software should be easy to install and use so the delays to the major Vietnamese contract is a concern and the education sector is under pressure.

Took the loss, moved on.

Don’t see anything in the results to cause the near 10% drop. Of the 30 or so companies I hold 12 have issued TUs this month, pretty much all “inline” have dropped a lot, even two that are materially ahead have dropped. Still disappointing.

Dunno. 200k sells today when normal volume is 20k - that’s caused the drop. Not sure why they would sell but could be a multitude of reasons.

TRB management team Mark Pickett, CEO & Paul Simpson, CFO present FY20 results to analysts. 2020 was a year of evolution and operational progress. 2021 has started with increased revenue visibility, a strengthened position in South East Asia, and a considerably expanded addressable market through the launch of Tribal Cloud and the imminent launch of Tribal Edge Admissions. To date, the group is trading in line with expectations and is confident to execute against their strategic roadmap.

Quite possible the Harwood consortium investment group have increased their holding yet again, if so things may get interesting, as they are usually a catalyst for change, ultimately from past experience leading to a far higher share price
