Jenzabar are a mystery. They are in the same business as Tribal, are much bigger and have the biggest shareholding. Why don't they take Tribal over?

I have been following Trbal for many years and have dabbled a little toe into shareholding from time to time. It is far too small , has disparate unconnected businesses and has failed to lift off. The Chairman and Board should find a face saving exit route. Use one of its products/Services to attract a large marketing services group and allow its shareholders and discouraged management team to ride off into the sunset over the Bristol Channel.

That's spot on. They fit like a glove and would be a slam dunk. However, there seems to be another party building a stake as well. This could get very interesting. An auction will do nicely

When I say Jenzabar is a rival I mean that they are in the same business as Tribal but in the USA. Tribal has been trying to get into the USA market for years and it seems that Jenzabar might want to expand outside the USA. They could make a good fit.

A privately owned USA company called Jenzabar is a rival. It owns over 20% of Tribal shares and is listed as Tribal's biggest shareholder. It has been quietly building up its stake in Tribal for some time. If Jenzabar decides on a takeover it might pay a nice premium.

Its quite a nice business to invest in so I would be interested if anyone knows anything.
