be helpful if TRD lists in the US, but may need s/holders approval & Mira Maker may not approve for what ever reasons - same when it comes to special resolutions at AGM votes

sorry meant to say, I think the £118m cap is far too high - but it's riding of the BTC rise

Well spotted,

I can tell you now , in my honest opinion, this stock is going to do way past your expectations, that you expressed, at the time of the results.

I also find it interesting, that new investors and new potential investors like myself and euclid5 first check things out.

You were very disappointed, when I first raised the old chestnut, and it’s only now after euclid5 has done exactly the same, that I understand why.

Sorry for that, but I think it’s just called due diligence.

Argo has 10 bagged from around a low of 3.5p in March 20 - didn't like the Director selling 1.4m shs 31 Dec 20. But maybe he has booked a nice gain for the start of the year. Don't see where that is £118m cap - but the market likes the BTC mining business plus the recent OTC US listing - if BTC re rates later this year to over $50k it will make more funds from mining BTC

Well now is perhaps your chance.

16M shares in issue

Around 2/3 not changed hands for years.

Real true float around 5M shares as far as I can see.

Most of those are in the top draw, of perhaps, one or two thousand investors who have invested over the last quarter of a century.

That’s why it’s not so easy to buy, and when stock appears, it does not hang around long.

That being the case, when actual profits show in the accounts, new investors have the same issue as you do now.

But Argo will earn very good income from BTC mining

Very hard to buy any TRD, very illiquid share, can't even get 2500 shs

ARGO Blockchain now valued at £118M

TRD, less the cash £4.2M

Prospects

ARGO highly volatile earnings up and down like a yo yo.

TRD Steady income from traditional business, but not terribly exciting, BAAS future income, fabulous, rated by the city as gold.

euclid5, your rather like myself, checking and cross checking to make sure, you have in fact, stumbled across something for nothing.

In that context I refer to TRD”S traditional business that’s grossly undervalued, The nothing refers to the Stratis partnership.

You don’t find these gems more than 2 or 3 times in a lifetime.

Good luck

I like your thinking, you know it’s grossly undervalued

Now just watch it be re rated over the coming days, weeks, months, and years.

Good luck to yourself

In case anyone has missed some posts due to the ton of bollx posted over the weekend.
Just a small summary of my position:

Triad have been tweeting a lot over past few months about SME businesses - especially the accounts and legal departments. SME account and legal departments are a good customer base for BaaS systems.

I can say this because the internet is FULL of adverts for SaaS Accountancy:

typical example:

What TRIAD has been saying:

This is the worrying part, and has happened, which is why we are trading at next to nothing (potential reputational damage they fear if it continues)

" 47 The Second and Third Claimants have described in their witness statements the hurt and upset they have suffered as a consequence of the Defendants' conduct as well as the potential reputational damage they fear if it continues"

Sorry, I wasn't aware she settled out of court - that's the first time you mentioned that!

To be clear, unless you minimise or fully understand the absolute risks before investing in any company - you will be paying a very high price. When there is a legal issue hanging over a co. that can cause a low share price to stick for months / years. It's an uncertainty that the markets never like.

Other than this point - I do like the co & what it's involved in. But something is wrong as it's far to under rated for the PTP & cash balance it has. So the market reads this as something could be wrong.

Assuming the court case has settled, then all should be ok, but the market is telling you something different.

She wasn't any just lady, she was the ex CEO, makes a big difference, that she took legal action against the BoD

Potential investors

Might want to ponder this , to put things into context.

TRD market cap £8M

Less cash £4M

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Stratis Group Ltd are expected to take 3.5% market share worldwide worth Billions ( BAAS, Blockchain as a service)

TRD has the framework partnership with Stratis Group Ltd

Under the partnership, Stratis will help identify where blockchain is the best placed technology to resolve Triad's clients' business problems. The two companies will then collaborate to develop, deploy and market blockchain applications to help businesses improve operational processes, enhance security and reduce costs to unlock ROI.”

The Blockchain-as-a-Service Market was valued at USD 420.50 billion in 2019 and is expected to reach USD 982.80 billion by 2025, at a CAGR of 15.2% over the forecast period 2020 - 2025. ... Thus, there has been a rapid rise of blockchain and cryptocurrency users.

Hence, the director and insider buying of TRD shares after the Framework partnership was announced a year ago.

Good morning euclid5,

I have come to the conclusion that for some reason, you want to dwell on this particular issue.

As I, and others have clearly explained this lady settled out of court many years ago and the intention OF ALL PARTIES was that was the end of it.

The lady then broke the settlement.

The Hight court has 100% agreed this, and has taken action to enforce it.

By definition, any existing shareholder who is still holding the shares ,after 15 years, is content to put their confidence in the management of the company.

The profit prospects are now excellent , I am absolutely sure the shares will respond.

It’s extremely hard to find stocks that can increase very significantly, from a very low base, on the stock market, because every other investor is looking to do just that.
