10/12/2020 11:11 | Next leg up | amt
10/12/2020 11:02 | Could it be possible that shares are changing hands at an agreed range? Lots of UT trades and big trades too around the same price. | belfry17
10/12/2020 10:54 | another biggish buy popped up 50k - about £20k | netcurtains
10/12/2020 09:41 | If anyone is interested in the hundreds of tiny trades in Triad. I have a theory. There is a new free App, called Free Trade that allows you to buy and sell as little as £2 worth of stock. You can also buy fractions of shares - so you can say you own Tesla or Amazon for £2 as well! I suspect IT bods will be the first types to use these kind of apps and thus perhaps Triad is being traded this way too? | netcurtains
10/12/2020 09:22 | All good news! And the bigger the brexit mess the more IT development work will be needed. Its a WIN WIN situation.. I cant see any real down side for at least 24 months! | netcurtains
10/12/2020 08:20 | On the bright side it will possibly get rid of the one thing that holds the share price back, Triad is in rude health, if it does dip a bit i will be adding. | brendainvesta
10/12/2020 08:15 | The trustees job it to raise enough cash to pay the owed damages to Triad and some of its staff. That I agree is probably £200,000 plus a bucket load of costs. We don’t know if shares will have to be sold, as they were last time, this lady was made bankrupt. Other funds she might have could possibly be used, although I understand her house went back to the bank last time round. Shareholders just need to be aware of this, because if we see a sudden unexpected fall in the share price , ( without news ) we will have a fair idea what has caused it. | sunshine today
10/12/2020 08:06 | I think the next bit of news will either be a contract win (viewable on bidstats) or Triad appearing on a Christmas tip sheet somewhere. The bottom line is this company now has a large and growing cash pile and by the look of interims, it will soon be making good profits. The NAV is great. The cash mountain is great. The PE ratio is great. The outlook statement is great. The potential dividend next year is great! The move to permanent staff is great! The gift horse is great! | netcurtains
10/12/2020 08:03 | Oops found another court case. First big sell at 8am | brendainvesta
10/12/2020 07:54 | Let’s look at the court records and work out how big the debt is. I had a quick look this morning and am guessing about £200,000. What we don’t know is what other assets she may have. The Trustee last time did issue RNS in his name so that must be from when he took the shares. | brendainvesta
10/12/2020 07:30 | The RNS would only be issued after any possible sale. The risk has to be, if the trustee decides to sell the shares, and the flood the market with stock. If I am correct, that’s what happened last time this lady was made bankrupt. I dear say, it takes months to ascertain her assets from the date of the court order, let alone realise them. | sunshine today
09/12/2020 19:47 | Belfry17: I think the words mod and police : Those types of contracts are rarely (if ever) on public domain websites. Just assume if they said it then its in the bag - we dont really know - and probably never will. | netcurtains
09/12/2020 19:33 | Yeah, nothing wrong with it if you have a bit of class and don't try to bash it down again. I have missed a few posts here. Net: my MOD comment and the police one were unrelated - I just meant that the last results hinted at more MOD work so I keep checking for that. The same would apply with Police contracts as I guess they would appear on bidstats too. | belfry17
09/12/2020 19:12 | Nothing wrong with that.... As we've already discussed. However all the evidence is short term traders generally dont do as well as longer term traders. | netcurtains
09/12/2020 19:01 | I am guessing Sunshine sold in the past few days and is now hoping it dips? | belfry17
09/12/2020 18:39 | And she would have sold by now? | belfry17
09/12/2020 18:08 | There has been no RNS for change in voting rights for holdings so no need to sell, maybe she has other assets. Although I don’t think she has a job, isn’t she in prison? | brendainvesta
09/12/2020 16:28 | August... Its OK let it be. | netcurtains
09/12/2020 16:25 | I think it’s new , it’s dated 2020. | sunshine today
09/12/2020 16:24 | sunshine Today: Please dont dig all that up again. Just dont. Please | netcurtains

09/12/2020 13:31 | Quite a biggish buy today at 41p.... Looking at Triad's recent tweets they are investigating the SME market. There is quite a lot of IT work they can pick up there with little of the normal competition they would normally face from the "big boys" in the industry. | netcurtains
07/12/2020 21:11 | Perhaps both. It depends on each player's motivation. For example, some investors - like myself - seek to buy at (asset) valuation lows, then get out early, and re-invest in other shares at (asset) valuation lows. So you could have one investor taking profits and re-cycling capital into another deep (asset) value opportunity. A very successful strategy that I've followed for many years. And another, buying at current prices, because of the marked potential upside if trading improves. As it happens, I'm not personally taking profits here, because the latest update was very encouraging and these are still very cheap on potential EV/EBITDA grounds. BTW It follows that sometimes both buyer and seller can be wrong. | cjohn
07/12/2020 20:14 | There is a big buyer and a big seller out there, which one has got it right? | brendainvesta |
