Morning , To make it clear.

In most cases 99.99% of the time a person who goes bust has debts to be settled.

The trustee in bankruptcy sells those shares to pay off the debt.

Job done.


Today ,we have a situation where debt is OWED TO THE COMPANY

The articles of the company, then come into play.

It makes absolute sense if you think about it, as a company, why would you let a third party in the door, ( trustee in bankruptcy),when you already control your own companies share register.

Correct me if I am wrong, are you saying that Triad has first dibs at buying her shares if they are being sold by a trustee in bankruptcy? I gather this from one of your rather long, just like MM, posts?

Maybe I missed something, are you saying the bankruptcy trustee can’t sell her shares and has to sell her flat instead?

In 99.99% of cases the trustee in bankruptcy, just sells shares that the bankrupt has, to pay off debts. No issue

If the shares are registered in a company that a former member of staff worked at and conditions are in the articles of the company, then is a very different situation.

Insurance? For what, you are starting to sound like Mira.

The Trustee has a job to do, as did the last one, sell assets to cover the debt.

Last time they sold one of her flats, and some of her shares.
Last time her shares went from 4.5m to 3.9m.
Stop looking at a single RNS and do some research.

That’s not what the trustee in bankruptcy declared.

End of.

That’s why we will not see the trustee selling again in my personal view.

Who will give him insurance , and at what price

I think you are unnecessarily complicating things.

She had 29%
Trustee took most to sell.
He sold some.
He gave the rest back.
She now has 24%
She is bankrupt again.

You need to note that the trustee didn’t take all her shares only enough to guarantee covering the debt.

I was being a bit lazy and not doing my homework, here are the numbers.

Before initial bankruptcy she held
4,507,951 shares
After bankruptcy she held
3,951,452 Shares

Mira Makar is the registered holder of 3,951,452 shares in the Company (24.74%) which makes her the second largest shareholder by a substantial margin. We trust she will lend her full support to the current successful efforts to take the Company forward. Going back over RNS,s it looks like the trustee was a bit slow on the uptake of the RNS releases. But it is a matter of history with regards the number of her shares he sold, quite legally. Anyway any movement is an opportunity.

It’s all on her site, including pictures of her voting cards with the wrong figures on them. You will need several weeks to look through the site though.
