01/1/2021 12:42 | Remember these words, a year ago, describing our TRD”S framework partnership. “Chris Trew, CEO of Stratis Group Ltd, said: "Our partnership with Triad is a game-changer when it comes to opening up Microsoft-based blockchain applications to businesses.” | sunshine today
01/1/2021 12:35 | Another Great Leap Forward as we enter the new year. These new additions over the last two weeks of 2020 open the door for developers to literally race ahead, on projects. | sunshine today
31/12/2020 19:58 | “Stratis is the first to do this; offering a platform, free of charge, enabling both established businesses and start-ups with the ability to leverage a proven platform.” | sunshine today
31/12/2020 18:27 | Bones , thanks for that. It took me a long time to grasp that the lady kept some shares back last time she was made bankrupt. If only I had read your previous posts I would have saved myself a great deal of energy. That said I did get their in the end , when 2 and 2 still made 5 .! | sunshine today
31/12/2020 18:26 | Thanks bones. Its certainly going to be an interesting 12 months for Triad with all sorts going on... I actually know one or two guys from Kainos too. | netcurtains
31/12/2020 18:13 | Hi, I’ve been reading here to see what’s up given recent price activity. I am very familiar with this company having had a spell holding it in early 2019 when I was involved in discussions with Brenda, Netcurtains and others who are still here. I noticed the recent debate on the Mira saga around her/trustee holdings. Those about in 2019 will recall I did my own digging at the time. I believe the definitive position is as per my posts numbered 1244, 1246, 1251, 1252 and 1266. This means I agree with Brendainvesta’ Anyway, that’s just a recap which might help settle any differences in views. As for current play, I like what is being said here. My original investments were in the 40’s and I sold in the 30’s so not a great “trade” but then again, as Net knows, most of the proceeds have done well in RUA (ex-AOR) and SCE. No regrets from me. Now, I might well take another look here in the New Year. I’ve always liked it but my timing was out last time. Well played Net (and others) for sticking this one out. Happy New Year to all! | bones
31/12/2020 16:58 | I do hope not. TRD like all consultancy companies are desperately trying to pick up LONG TERM REVENUE STREAMS. A year ago a framework agreement with Stratis went unnoticed, and its only now that it is beginning to get traction. In a good part, because the Stratis platform was not fully functional this time last year. Today we are at the very beginning of what I believe will be an extremely high growth phase for both companies. TRD without the framework deal is surely worth way in excess of its market cap. As the deal matures over the next few years I (and Stratis ) expect explosive growth on a BAAS model. | sunshine today
31/12/2020 16:49 | sunshine Today: You might be right however I do know that Kainos and Triad do often compete head on for government contracts - both companies operate on the same playing field. If owners of Triad ever wished to sell I'm pretty sure Kainos would buy. So yes, you're right, the current valuation of Triad is silly and when full year results come out we should be trading in or at a different level. This share is my pick for 2021 Happy new year! | netcurtains
31/12/2020 16:49 | SaaS sales 2019 GBP30.5m 2018 GBP18.4m +66% | sunshine today
31/12/2020 16:42 | I think your respectfully, a mile off Netcurtains. What’s driving Kainos PE ratio is the ongoing profits from SAAS that are recurring. TRD have a framework agreement with Stratis Group Ltd that may produce profits well in excess of your wildest dreams. However, your research just shows how crazy today’s TRD quote is | sunshine today
31/12/2020 16:29 | Kainos now have a PE ratio of 78 Mrk Cap £1.3bln Turnover £179m Imagine if Triad PLC had a market cap larger than its turnover.... Just to match Triads market cap Triads share price would need to reach £1.40p | netcurtains
31/12/2020 14:32 | I did not realise that finding a pure blockchain investment is nigh impossible, not only in the U.K. but worldwide. This is from a news item today promoting one such stock. “Riot Technologies: A Pure Play Blockchain Stock There are a very few pureplay blockchain stocks around — Riot Blockchain being one of them. Riot Blockchain is engaged in building and strengthening the bitcoin ecosystem via "proof-of-work mining." The company is working in advancing its bitcoin mining operations. On Dec 21, Riot Blockchain disclosed that it purchased 15,000 S19 Pro and S19j Pro Antminers from Bitmain Technologies Limited. The company stated that the latest purchases will drive a 65% rise in bitcoin mining hash rate capacity. It will start deploying these miners from May 2021 through October 2021. | sunshine today
31/12/2020 12:04 | From above “One key reason that such stocks are on the rise is because there aren’t many pureplay ways for investors to gain exposure to bitcoin in the stock market, with no exchange-traded fund in existence that would provide an easy entry point for average investors.” This is so very true for U.K. investors The vast majority of blockchain companies are not open to investors , ( other than purchasing their coins or tokens. I want exposure to BAAS ( Blockchain as a service ) | sunshine today
31/12/2020 11:44 | I have to agree, cheap online brokers are just that, CHEAP | sunshine today
31/12/2020 11:43 | From the same thread Don’t understand all this NT nonsense. All the MM’s are in 100k size and they have to honour that. So if you’ve got a decent broker, no problems. I guess the cheapo on line ‘service’ | sunshine today
31/12/2020 11:42 | From the NAK thread. scotty66630 Dec '20 - 09:13 - 362 of 372 You can always buy at NMS no issue | sunshine today
31/12/2020 10:12 | Good spot Net, TRD is so unbelievable, cheap it’s unreal. All my research on the TRD blockchain thread, points to very serious RECURRING income in the years ahead. | sunshine today
31/12/2020 10:07 | So we just need a few RNSs from Triad concerning Blockchain development work...Then "Steam Train will be leaving the station...." However the really good news is - Triad do not have to win a single solitary blockchain contract and the company will still be really good value as they are expanding and all the new consultants are already earning good money - and they are still looking for more... at least ten more jobs - for both c# (microsoft) and Java.. click the "career at Triad" button: this is huge | netcurtains
31/12/2020 10:01 | Stratisplatform @stratisplatform · 1h Thank you @binance for completing the STRAX Swap. Deposit and withdrawals are now open: #Stratis #Binance $STRAX | sunshine today
31/12/2020 08:56 | You have not understood, the MM basically close down online to enable them to have more control whenever they like. They have a duty to offer a minimum amount of stock to make a market. Buy and Sell. Hence a phone call is required to your broker. In the old days we did not have this issue. | sunshine today
31/12/2020 08:51 | They don't want to sell, 250 is the max you can get online. I tried leaving 5k at 51 yesterday and got nothing. | slicethepie
31/12/2020 08:43 | Online limits are very often NOT the market size the MM have to make a market in. Few investors know this | sunshine today |
