14/12/2020 09:16 | I think the ADVFN feed broke! LOL.... It is up (see LSE) but ADVFN is a bit broken currently. Not showing the trades or the movement - for all stocks. Did they forget to pay the bill? | netcurtains
14/12/2020 09:09 | It is starting to move again. Good news | belfry17
12/12/2020 08:20 | In the Million Quid profit years Triad tend to have a trading range of 50p to 80p. If their new policy of permanent consultants works as expected the £1m profit years might well be £1.5m to £2m and thus possibly a share price range of 80p to £1.30 .. So assuming NO NEWS UNTIL THE RESULTS: So I'm thinking minimum we should look for is high 40s (by spring) and possibly 60p by the summer (after results). The maximum we should be looking for is high 50s (by spring) and possibly £1 after results. It depends on how the new policy works out. My gut feeling is there is a minimum of 20% more to come in the share price over the coming few months but possibly 30%. After full year it should then take off big time! | netcurtains
12/12/2020 07:50 | Ok that sounds about right, £500,000 tax free profit and a payout of 1.5P that will cost the company £240,000. Plus another £260,000 on the cash pile. | sunshine today
11/12/2020 16:24 | I think they might make £0.5m this year and possibly a dividend. And next year I think they might make £1m to £1.5m, have a bigger cash pile and a dividend. | netcurtains
11/12/2020 15:36 | They need to make serious profits. Any ideas for the second half : | sunshine today
11/12/2020 15:28 | Bredainvesta: Yes I was trying to work it all out yesterday. Their last job advert said they have about 40 consultants and the careers board has another 10 job adverts. So that is roughly 50 consultants. I'm trying to guestimate the MAXIMUM turnover they could make over the next 12 months: Its difficult as the rate of expansion implies they might double in size by December 2021. But assume max is something like this: I'm assuming each permie consultant generates about £200,000 turnover (max). And they have another 100 contractors (max) generating about the same turnover. So about 150 * 200000 = £30m with a gross profit of about £2m to £3m (8% to 10% gross profit) So that is the very very very max they might make.... The minimum I would say is about £0.5m | netcurtains
11/12/2020 15:16 | Wiganer, a very well worded message. I do feel sorry for her, she has dug her heels in and paid for it dearly. She has harmed my investment but I wish her well. It is time to look forward, a dynamic company in an expanding market is sure to do well. | brendainvesta

11/12/2020 14:16 | The website in question is a sad testament to misdirected effort. If only she devoted as much effort to sorting out her mental health issue. Hope she gets help. As regards TRD, hopefully legal resolution finally allows the company to focus solely on business success. There might be a short term share overhang, but equally if her holding is finally taken away from her fully then it makes things much better for an orderly market, also opens up more possibilities for share but back, takeover etc. | wiganer
11/12/2020 11:50 | I think netcurtains is right we should stop discussing this here as we are now all up to date. The last thing I was aware of was the committal/sentencing hearing in October, one of the guys from our investment club watched it online. I have heard nothing since then so let’s put it to bed. | brendainvesta
11/12/2020 08:25 | No it’s not good and it’s part of the reason she was prosecuted, she is supposed to take it down, order from the High Court. | brendainvesta

10/12/2020 15:29 | Triad now have 10 permanent career job adverts - an increase of two over past few days. This job advert was posted today. Advert suggests they now have 40 permanent consultants.. That is a lot of growth. Looks like the advert might be for a new government project. | netcurtains
10/12/2020 14:28 | sunshine Today: or mental health professional. Most like its all ended up at the NHS | netcurtains
10/12/2020 14:11 | Let it go - I think we should not get involved in this. Of course it might make a good background story for a journalist to write up Triad PLC over Christmas but I think it might be a bit in bad taste. | netcurtains
10/12/2020 13:38 | I don’t get that, THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE LAVENDER issued a warrant for her arrest to appear before him. When was that. ? | sunshine today
10/12/2020 13:33 | She’s been given a prison sentence, but I think she is hiding. Adding up fees, costs & fines it’s about £300,000 | brendainvesta |
