15/12/2020 10:59 | Sorry can’t agree, to make serious money one just buys and holds as the company delivers. Yes you can trade a share but to do it repeatedly with various stocks will never give you stable long term returns. | sunshine today
15/12/2020 10:53 | sunshine Today: it IS a traders share, provided they are not DAY traders but think in terms of months. It is quite likely in the next 6 months (when we get the next update) we could be trading a lot lot higher (or lower) - this "carrot" to invest might well cause wild swings of optimism and gloom over the next 6 months - so might easily be some good trades to be made "IF" not a Day Trader but a Months Trader. | netcurtains
15/12/2020 10:47 | The past share price is not a good guide to the future. In the cold light of day an investor buying today, is in effect paying £7.2M for a company in profit, ( just ) that has £4M cash and no debt to offset. The business comes in at £3.2M. It’s clearly not a traders share for those looking for its true value to be realised. | sunshine today
15/12/2020 10:28 | dave4545: That is not quite true. Triad had million pound profits for about 2.5 years. The share price held up for those two point five years - probably because of the dividend. However I take your point, investing is about investing for the FUTURE not the PRESENT. So the OUTLOOK statement is normally more important than the present statement. Hence I posted the OUTLOOK at the top of the header. The other main factor is the new business model of permanent staff. That might be a game change - to early to say at present - but the last time Triad had lots of permanent staff it was in the FTSE250 (1990s) with a share price of about £5. The stock market often goes in cycles perhaps there is a cycle between the Kuznets swing and the Kondratiev wave. If Kuznet is right and there is a swing related to migrant labour then the large numbers of IT Devs migrating to the UK might cause a "Kuznet" swing back to the 1990s for Triad: Yes Triad back then was in the FTSE250 and had a share price of £5 | netcurtains
15/12/2020 10:14 | euromedic That is why it is flying. The moment it announces profits of say £1 mil the share price will tank. The market is backwards, two stocks the same fundamentals ..one can double one will drop 20-30% in same time frame. | dave4545

15/12/2020 09:49 | Yep, that is the up to date list of any holder above 3%. Any changes have to go out by an RNS | sunshine today
15/12/2020 09:47 | So the answer is no, no one has an up to date list (at least it looks that way). | netcurtains
15/12/2020 09:15 | To get a full list of shareholders just look back at each RNS. JOB DONE | sunshine today
15/12/2020 09:10 | Any changes have to be reported in personal holdings above 3% then each 1% up or down Thus none have been since | sunshine today
15/12/2020 09:03 | So nothing has happened in april, may, june, july, august, september, october, november and now december. We know she is incredibly tied to this company - the whole thing is wrapped up in her belief about triad. I think she should sell the the lot and move on. It will help all concerned. Find an institution that will buy them all from her. Anyway that would be my advice. Has anyone got a list of up to date shareholdings (not 2019 - but now)? | netcurtains
15/12/2020 08:24 | This lady may have other assets that can be sold to pay off what the court has ordered her to pay to TRD and some current and ex employees. However last time round the trustee sold shares. ( This is the second time the lady has been made bankrupt.) | sunshine today
