29/11/2023 09:50 | not convinced the update merits this sort of fall in the price. Company remains in good financial health & is very clearly recruiting for further growth | mattjos
29/11/2023 09:26 | Todays fall in my mind is down to the meggitt mou delay ? We do need to get another Saw deal over the line to move away from the pound mark trading range. It was not to much of a surprise that the new enlarged Parker meggit group are still trying to sort themselfs out but we need to get out and talk with others and in fairness that’s what we are doing as stated in the update . I do think there has been an over reaction to the share price but am happy that the purchase I considered a few weeks ago did not happen . | king1pin2
29/11/2023 09:13 | Optimistic on timing, perhaps, but yet to be seen if too optimistic on eventual outcome. I thought the price overreacted too. Already making back some of the loss. Wouldn’t be surprised if most of it is made back by the end of the day. | major courtenay
29/11/2023 09:07 | Some were far too optomistic here. Even the company timing of buy-backs could have been better (if they couldn't be bothered to consider a dividend). Execs prioritising 'thoughts' of their holdings, options and trouser pockets perhaps? | glavey
29/11/2023 09:04 | 'The short-term order book and opportunity pipeline for both SAWsense and Translogik indicate an upturn in trading, and therefore the Board expects to meet market expectations for the full year.' Seems a fairly harsh market response this morning-hopefully Nigel can expand on our prospects regarding licence deals going forward which I suspect are a better than the market is currently pricing in. IMO | drw1
29/11/2023 08:24 | However, news on patents and scalability, new hires and future growth show more jam tomorrow, but later than hoped. | bhoddhisattva

29/11/2023 08:14 | poor update. | jeanesy
29/11/2023 07:55 | Trading update slightly disappointing in that our year end deal with meggit wont be concluded by year end but I suppose with the reorganisation going on and now Parker meggit the enlarged group need a little more time to get up to full speed. Let’s see what the day brings . | king1pin2
15/11/2023 17:17 | 25k late reported from this morning .. see if we get another RNS tomorrow am re. further Buyback | mattjos
15/11/2023 17:08 | Yes I agree that stock is short, I am regretful that I passed on a quote for 10000 yesterday below 102 because in the run up to our results I think that we might see some buying . | king1pin2
15/11/2023 16:18 | MM's appear to be loking for more stock if they can get hold of it | mattjos

13/11/2023 06:45 | Yes interesting drw1 Reading through the Bridgestone results last week I noticed sales were well ahead of the previous year on ultra truck segment so perhaps good news for Transense . | king1pin2
12/11/2023 09:10 | Good morning all :) Whilst looking at UK Stock Challenge, I came across Plexus Holdings (POS) as the top performer in the UK stock market so far this year - about a 9 bagger in terms of share price and seems to be underpinned by a £5m contract which was upgraded to £8m. This has propelled the POS share price from circa 2.6p to about 20p + Food for thought..... CYAN have so far announced contracts worth over £24 million this calendar year with revenues being recognised within 12-18 months. Though each contract is likely to have distinct revenue profiles for a simple guesstimate we can work with the numbers we have been told in various presentations etc. Each module is worth about £12.5 over 10 years with about 60% revenues being recognised in 18 months. RNS Announcements 04 Jan 23 983k modules 25 May 23 600k 02 Aug 23 300k 09 Aug 23 500k 10 Oct 23 300k 31 Oct 23 MENA circa $5m I reckon And still we have about 1.5 months left in the calendar year :) CYAN share price is currently about 10p to buy reflecting a market cap of about £30m and have just closed a fundraise for working capital of about £2.7m at a 1% discount to the closing share price last week in these markets. Says it all. It is just a matter of time before the markets cotton on IMHO ! DoI: I hold a fair few CYAN :) | multibagger
10/11/2023 19:53 | Agri Technica show is one of the best shows for Transense. Agricultural equipment is diesel powered because Torque is the all important factor ... tractors, combines, loaders etc have no requirement for 'speed'. It's pulling power and economy of the chosen energy vector that are the all-important factors & that is all about Torque, Torque, Torque - the ability of an engine to twist a shaft without having to rev its nuts off. Accurate, dynamic, real-time measurement of Torque in the engine output shaft(s) is, without any doubt, a major benefit for the all the OEM's in this sector. Will help optimise power output and fuel economy. The higher OEM unit costs and lower manufacturing volumes means the per unit SAW cost is much less of an adoption barrier than it would be for, as an example, e-bikes. I would expect a very healthy pipeline of enquiries coming from this trade show .. sensible Sales & Marketing spend. Under this new management team, there is no doubt how the emphasis has notably switched from 'fiddling' with the Tech to successfully monetising it. Addressable markets are staggeringly large. This is a tiny, tiny company but, it has some truly game-changing tech. That tech has already been long-proven and subsequently adopted in the harshest possible industrial environments eg. F1 & Military Aerospace. Only the crème de la crème of products gets (first) accepted, (second) adopted and (third) re-ordered into these Apex industries. Once you get ensconced into & recognised in these sectors ... others will fall into your lap & the adoption/Sales momentum will accelerate exponentially. | mattjos
10/11/2023 16:28 | M&M's keep doing this on a Friday pm ... severly limiting the stock available to purchase to circa £500 worth at the full offer of £1.03 but it's well bid at £1.01. As if they are expecting some sort of news update to come on a Monday morning | mattjos

10/11/2023 11:51 | I would not be at all surprised to see Ryan keep adding more shares each month as he receives his salary. He seems keen to keep adding to hos holdings and try to bring himself nearer the holdings of the other directors. A good sign and who would criticise him for doing such? | mattjos

09/11/2023 12:21 | ammazing some are still selling. What more can an investor ask for? Sustained Director buying, company buying back it's own shares, cash in the bank, significant carry forward credit against future Corp. Taxes, stunning Gross Margins, blue-chip customer base that most other compaines would give their right arms for. | mattjos |
