The AGM will probably have finished by now (it was very brief when I attended a Year or two back). And not much time for Q&A. Did anyone attend and have any feedback?

That looks promising, drw . Perhaps 2018 will be THE year ? Hmmmm , did we say that about 2008,09,10 .... At least they seem to be keeping going. Perhaps good news Thursday ?

If anyone`s going, perhaps they could suggest the company let us have a running update on number of trucks using our tech?
Good for us and maybe good for the share price and new investors?

Interestingly you can both buy and sell at exactly the same price (smallish quantities).
Too busy to travel to the AGM next week.
Hopefully they should be able to confirm the improving trend indicated in the last update.
Still time for those 'advanced' Itrack prospects to drop.

Thanks Piggy, was only taking the orders past or close to year end. So we should at least be at break even baring a few install costs.

Actually,I think we`ve got a lot more than 189 units out there.
Just a quick trawl through the news archives shows three more contracts in 2015 of 47,46 and 23 units-a further 116 units plus a large contract sale in 2013 to Otraco for £1mill which will almost certainly convert to the lease arrangement in time.
Add in the iProbe sales which appear to be increasing, the future looks pretty damn good for a change.
I might have got all this wrong but that`s what it looks like at first glance.

Thanks all. So it looks like they need to be announcing such contracts as the most recent one every month not every two months.

timbo003 great write up, did you ever resolve the missing xxx numbers.

From the directors talk CEO stated that an operation of 40 trucks could save $1m pa on type costs only (does not include productivity gains). If it takes 1 day to fit a truck which is a 120k loss. 40 trucks * 120k = $4.8m = 5 year pay back.

I presume upgrades to II are less than one day, do you know if it is still taking a day to fit.

I cant remember who posted an analysis but sometime ago a calculation was made based on one if the TRT presentations. Perhaps somebody could remind me of the rental income per truck.

Thanks AMT where did you get the numbers from? I can't find rental ranges or current numbers mine are calculated from the releases. One thing I did like from the Director Talk chat - they are now getting orders without the trial period. Bodes well.

Better late than never. However they need to be installing 50 per month to be on track for breakeven. So need 3 more contracts like today before Christmas.

Welcome aboard Hat!
I think it was highlighted because of the established fear of dilution.
It has been suggested that once income is assured a borrowing facility may be used to ameliorate any shortfall in (as the statement goes on to say) "working capital due to the timeline between investment and recoupment" (and "The Group ... does not currently have an overdraft facility").

Newbie here, bought in today. Like the news flow and am also expecting more. Think TRT are now at a tipping point with validation and sales of iTrack II.

Slight concerns on the impact of sales model change (to rental) and how that will effect cash reserves. Net cash at 30/06 2.52m with the statement "The forward looking cash flow based on the anticipated level of activity indicates that the Group should have sufficient funds available for the short to medium term" So some comfort but to identify it so early in the financials concerns me a little. Rental model is going to be capital intensive.

Any views ?

This should be the first of several announcements given the commentary with the 'Final results'.
Watching with interest.
The more 'itrack' contracts won the nearer we get to a reliable income stream that pay's the bills.

Alchemy_ I am with you!! Gaining traction with BHP - Rolling out iTrack II to whole fleet - 40 units which I make a net gain of 24 units - However we will I suspect need to wait for accounts to see the net cash results -

Encouraging given the stature of BHP in the mining industry - Ought to give confidence to other major miners to adopt. Remember no one ever got fired for purchasing an IBM main frame in the old days!! Hopefully a similar message might be getting through about the adoption of iTrack II technology.
