12/6/2019 15:28 | Quietly & furtively now breaking out | mattjos
10/6/2019 06:13 | Another troll by the username lsehotdealz haha, share price is stagnant and there’s talks of fundraise at 10p on that board lol desperation has lead to going round posting on different board to prevent share price from dropping, usually ud stay quiet and average down and accumulate if you see huge potential lmaoo he’s spamming all the boards | lukmanpatel
09/6/2019 14:44 | Thanks. I hadn't seen that. Also, from the buyback circular: "It is intended that, subject to shareholder approval being granted, settlement of the Buyback will occur on 20 June 2019" So if all goes to plan the dividend will be increased. | zangdook
07/6/2019 07:36 | Zangdook and Rolo7 An extract from the AGM notice.. "To declare a final ordinary dividend for the year ended 31 December 2018 of 0.9 US cents for each ordinary share in the capital of the Company to the holders of ordinary shares on the register of members at the close of business on 12 July 2019 (representing an aggregate of US$990,477.66) provided that subject to completion of the Buyback (as defined in the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 23 May 2019) on or before 26 June 2019, such amount shall be increased to 1.136 US cents per ordinary share in issue (and excluding shares held in treasury)." AGM notice is on the Company website. | robward
05/6/2019 16:11 | Dividend paid early in year for selling shareholder fund I guess..... | rolo7
05/6/2019 09:20 | It's not clear to me whether the buyback will be completed before the ex-dividend date. | zangdook
05/6/2019 08:25 | Total dividend for FY 2018 amounts to 7 US cents, but this includes a special dividend. Can any accountancy experts here estimate what a _sustainable_ annual dividend might be? | meanreverter
05/6/2019 07:43 | Results out. Small dividend | rolo7
03/6/2019 13:00 | I added the other day. Surprised no action here on a big day generally for miners. | breaktwister
31/5/2019 17:20 | Sellers/ MM's gave people a gift this morning ! | jeanesy
31/5/2019 10:20 | sellers first thing were total idiots | mattjos
31/5/2019 09:32 | what a ridiculous reaction to the news. 11 year mine life!! Most miners would be delighted with that & an exploration programme this year still ahead of them. rolo .. the shares are being sold for stated reasons. They are held in a fund which is not open-ended. The fund closure date has already been extended to prevent the forced-sale disrupting the market for the stock & now the company has bought a huge chunk back at a discount. This is remarkably good form by all parties concerned. Yet another buying opportunity today as the ignorant shed their shares for no good reason whatsoever | mattjos
31/5/2019 09:22 | then there's the new adjacent acreage (to extend gold production)... | rhuvaal2
31/5/2019 08:45 | Anything bad always getting hammered. Doesn't seem that bad on the scale of things. | ilostthelot
31/5/2019 08:20 | A friday RNS normally spells bad news. I dont think the news is that bad myself but markets dont like any sort of bad news at the moment. | jeanesy
31/5/2019 08:08 | Is this why shares are being sold at 33p by top shareholder they must of known the resource cut!? | rolo7
31/5/2019 07:59 | Cash flows from mine life greater than 10 years are usually discounted to zero in valuation models so, what's problem with an 11-year mine life? Most punters don't hold an AIM share for 11 days | mattjos
31/5/2019 07:53 | Doesn't read well to me , alhough a mine life of 11 years is pretty good as far as it goes. Market reaction will be interesting ! | jeanesy
31/5/2019 07:38 | mining life down to only 11 years at current production rate, bet the market doesn't like that interesting to note that cut off rate is 4g/ton, some producers would be proud of that as a top rate What about production from tailings or is it not viable? | ntv
28/5/2019 23:23 | bigger dividends for the rest of us too?! the current dividend yield should be higher then....? | rolo7
28/5/2019 22:52 | mkt finally cottoning on to how sensible this deal is for all parties, particularly the company and its balance sheet & resultant value per share in circulation (rather than those now going into treasury). See no reason why we don't push on from here towards 80p now | mattjos
19/5/2019 23:09 | Fear and greed and the emotions of the share holder IMO,if not the price of gold. It is a long term hold for me, so I am not too bothered about the share price fluctuations at the moment. GLA. | callmebwana
19/5/2019 12:15 | Bwana the fall is nothing to do with the price of gold. Gold has been d steady at over $1250 for a while. More debt and cheap shares are imho the reason for the fall. It is still a good company for sure, I wish all holders best of luck. | ilostthelot |
