It's a biggy. Really, how do you know michaelmouse? You rubbished these type of announcements from other companies you bash. TRAK is different, why? No cash figures at all. No mention of margin either.

It doesn't always work like that clocktower. That's why I'm sceptical about the emphasis on revenue whilst in the same breath they mention continued losses and additional capex.
From the statement it strongly suggests that increased revenues are coming at an equivalent ramp up in costs. Hence cash burn will remain high.
Certainly no evidence of operational gearing coming into play yet.

You were wrong on capex, wrong on losses and wrong about the cash call.

The contract is with a technology company whose customers may or may not include the AA and the ANWB.

My previous research tells me it's ANWB, Netherlands biggest Roadside Assistance company with 4.4m members.

This is from my archive, AA setup a pan European organisation with Netherlands and Austria

I'll dig out more.

Winner of most clueless post in advfn goes to philjeans. The AA he says Omg.

Good contract, finally some international sales kicking in. But since number of devices was omitted I guess it's not that big.

Waiting to see but all on the right direction.

Totally agree. Some months will elapse before the true significance of this win are appreciated -the statements "significant" and "additional visibility" are the first meaningful indicatore to opening up big time into Europe.

It's a biggy!

"It is also encouraging that this solution is expected to be offered in multiple countries."

"This contract is expected to be a significant one and provides additional visibility for our expectations for this financial year and beyond."

You won't be regretting your trade this morning knowbodyyouno ;)

Can anybody help.Is there any technical reason i.e. inter market maker transfers -why
somebody should acquire 90000 shares -declared after market-in the sum of £1.15 per share?

The recent fall after such a strong rise was inevitable. I held on to the shares I bought as I picked them up quite cheap. If you believe in the company then it's easier to do this but it is disconcerting when it falls 20% or more. It's going to be a bumpy recovery but thinks are looking fine for now

Yes the news & anticipated fundamentals have to back up each chart stage. This hasnt reached stage resistance yet imhv.

Interesting LM.

It does remind me a little of GMS: that was oversold and priced to fail last year (?). The first positive news basically doubled it from the bottom. But nothing seemed to happen after that I. E. There was no further catalyst to resume a long term trend.

Completely different business but similarly a limited free float.

Thst being said, Keith Evans seems shrewd. I'm sure he can cook up positive and timely RNS's at the right moments.

Blondeamom are you sure theAA are using TRAK in their insurance products rather than just their fleet. I heard theAA are also working with a different company. Don't fly off the handle I'm just asking the question. Can anyone find evidence it is 100% TRAK?

bhxian - I'm afraid you have to take it one stage at a time (imhv)- only in the very rare cases of very high Sharpe Ratio stks (performance/volatility) such as BOO ASC FEVR KWS G4M etc or the FANG stks in the US - is there an automatic assumption that it will easily blow through into the next stage due to their world dominating growth business models. The rest of the mortal world is generally stage by stage.

There are some steady eddy companies and ITs that keep on growing with excellent management that are good for buy n forget with your pension etc but again far and few between.
