It was 4 sells in the first 45 minutes of trading. Nothing much since but they certainly reacted to it by slashing the price 10%.

You are right in that the shares will settle into a trading range at some point doodlebug4. But with the IPO at 2p and the price now up here either whoever took this to market wants shooting for costing the company millions in lost launch revenue (money they could have spent on the business or the market has overestimated the value. Time will tell.

Results are already known though aren't they?

And 'far too cheap' based on what please northster2?

I hardly think the MM's are panicking Andre and why would "everyone" want to dump now with the final results due in August. I'm certainly not selling. If it takes only a few sells for the share price to go down 10% then it only takes a few buys for it to go back up. This is going to be a bit volatile until the price settles into a trading range and what that range will be is anyone's guess right now.

4 sells and the price dumped 10%! Yikes. Talk about illiquid. MM's panicking that everyone is going to dump now at this valuation?

I imagine we are in a period of transition where MMs use both and then eventually phase ISDX out. All my buys have been through my Hargreaves Lansdown account and show only on ISDX!

Proposed admission to AIM and fundraising

The Company intends to seek the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM in the near future ("AIM Admission") and to withdraw from trading on the ISDX Growth Market. It has always been the Company's intention to move to AIM at an appropriate time and the Directors believe that the Group has made sufficient progress such that the move to AIM is now a logical next step. Since the reverse takeover of Combe Bank Homes Limited in November 2011, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the ISDX Growth Market has been minimal. The Directors believe that admission to AIM will assist the Company in attracting new investors, improving liquidity in its shares and raising additional capital when required. The Directors also believe that admission to AIM will enhance the profile of the Company and help to attract future acquisition opportunities as the Company seeks to expand.

At the same time as the AIM Admission, the Company will be seeking to raise (subject to market conditions) up to GBP1,000,000, via a placing of new ordinary shares, for general working capital purposes.

Joking aside - the trades you see on ADVFN are not a true reflection of activity. If you want to see all of the trades since 17th July, this data must be looked at in conjunction with the ISDX data below:

It will be interesting to see if there is any mention of a final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2014 in the final results announced in August.

"Since 31 March 2013, at Edenbridge (High Street), a further two units have been sold with two more under offer, leaving only one unit to be sold. At Oakhurst Park Gardens, the development of 12 homes has been completed and marketing is due to start later this month. With the expected contributions to revenue from these developments in the current financial year, subject to no unforeseen circumstances and sufficient distributable reserves being available, the Company aims to pay a final dividend for the year to 31 March 2014."

MCAP of £17m - come on this is ridiculous, even more the other day.....
If the company was looking to raise 1m and could only raise 280k what does that tell you....seems strange that this company has even come to market. A company with so much success needing to tap private investors for a few quid....

2p I think is about right, well done to all of those who made money.

MM's can't get any sellers now to cope with the demand from buyers, so they are surely going to have to raise the bid price.
