Barclays suspended from trading again, must be quite a demand for TRAF shares
at the moment.

TRAF...trafalgar new homes.

Top three riser again today....still only £8 million cap. Why so strong? Simply PROFITS.....

Profits of at least £575,000 to be announced next month for last year.

This year?

"Since 31 March 2013, at Edenbridge (High Street), a further two units have been sold with two more under offer, leaving only one unit to be sold. At Oakhurst Park Gardens, the development of 12 homes has been completed and marketing is due to start later this month. (They START at £575,000 each)

With the expected contributions to revenue from these developments in the current financial year, subject to no unforeseen circumstances and sufficient distributable reserves being available, the Company aims to pay a final dividend for the year to 31 March 2014.

The Group owns a further four sites and has agreements to purchase two other sites. The development of five of these is planned to start in 2014 and to continue on into 2016, with expected contributions to revenue in both the financial years ending 31 March 2015 and 2016".

The Company has raised GBP280,000, before expenses, through the issue of 14,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at 2p per Ordinary Share in a placing.

Thats all....60% profit for some I guess was too tempting.

I hope it falls back a bit...results in August with a profit of at least £575,000 to look forward to in a few weeks. I wanted to add to Mar on a pullback but we have never seen one and hard to buy stock at 12p in that one when I was buying between 0.75p and 4p.

No....they nearly did like all the housebuilders. Desperate times then....

Just this one project will bring in revenue that will cover the mkt cap. Well on the way to completion; you can see the latest pictures on the website.

"Imagine living in an exclusive gated development bordering a conservation area – yet still within easy reach of London. Oakhurst Park Gardens will turn your dream into reality.

You'll be able to choose from 12 spacious town houses in a semi-rural (yet very convenient) location set within charming gardens and grounds. Each of these prestigious homes will come with a 10-year LABC warranty, and prices will start from £525,000".
