Not exactly a big call with the shares down 7 or 8% @ 200-205 32campomar

I took out a trading SB @ 210, hoping for bounce from the 200 zone

This was my first listen to the company. Everything else on it has been the written word. The key points I came away with were...the £38m contract is only the start...it could well be a lot more. The next point is that the competition is the current technology...and we know how far ahead this is on that. The third point is that the actual execution of the contract brings penalty clauses into play...standard stuff, but that is the risk imo. On the basis of the presentation, I will buy.

Toffeeman - He almost seemed out of his depth presenting to PI's - Great technical expertise (apparently) but short (imo) on actual - rather than potential - sales traction.
One to watch (imo) rather than jump in now.

It said absolutely nothing we didn't already know and wouldn't be expected to impact the share price.

Petewy - "substantially reducing manpower and costs." IHT should be even more competitive in an inflationary environment.

Good review in Edison:
hxxps://www.edisongroup.com/publication/agreement-in-medical-devices-market/29434/
Trackwise’s IHT is a critical element of the new manufacturing methodology from
Stockholm-based CathPrint which has created a catheter production that supports a semi-automatic operation process for attaching wires, electrodes and contacts, replacing today’s manual assembly techniques and thus substantially reducing manpower and costs.

Well that is a pretty clear descending triangle - will it reverse?

Premier Miton holding announcement doesn't make sense to me. No mention of previous holding. According to company website PM hold 5.3% - was that the amount before the latest RNS, if so why no mention of previous holding amount. Previous announcement of drop below 3% was for Miton UK Microcap Trust PLC and not Premier Miton. Confusing. And would be nice to know who the mystery II was that was mentioned at time of Open Offer that never disclosed as far as I can tell?

Correction - Production of Arrival taxi 2023.

"Arrival will work with Uber drivers to design a purpose-built electric car suited to the needs of taxi drivers, the companies said. The final design is expected to be published by the end of this year and production is slated for the second half of 2023"

Arrival to work with Uber to develop electric taxi. To go into production next year - is that they say.

This is def' a share to ignore short term price movements, other than as an opportunity to top up. Patience is certainly required and I expect to hold these for many years (unless they get taken over, but don't expect that for a while). That's not to say I won't sell some at times and maybe buy back again too - I've previously topped up as low as 62.4 and taken a bit of profit at 306p.

Very much one of my top holdings and that won't be changing for a few years. I was always optimistic about this company but announcement 18 September 2020 was a game changer.

Patience yes, but perspective too. This time, last year this was trading below 1 GBP: this year it is trading above 2.The trend is your friend, as they say and whilst the short term trading channel is downwards, the long term view indicates this can go much, much higher. I remain long and strong.

32camponar - I think you will need a lot more patience with TWD. I say that because all of these contracts and business relationships will take time to be translated into significant orders. You have to be prepared for some less than impressive results in the meantime. Its one of my larger holdings and I plan to keep building on weakness. I think it will be worth it once it gets going.

I so nearly lost patience with this. Glad I held on. I lesson in holding and ignoring short term share price movements.

Great news on two fronts. Re: the acquisition of a 3rd manufacturing site - you have to invest to accumulate. You need the proven capability to fulfill Supply Chain contracts in place to win them. The appointment of a new experienced COO makes absolute sense. Welcome news with the medical tie-in with CathPrint AB. Sounds like a long term relationship. Fils

StrollingMolby, I think you will see a good return on your investments if you are patient. Confident that current price is far to cheap and a great op to top up. I am v long on this share. Don't think there is much chance of a successful hostile bid. Far too many shares held by founder and very supportive institutions. DYOR

Thanks shieldbug - very interesting article. TWD should be well-positioned here and makes the case well... BUT it needs to get on and bring the revenues in, either from Arrival or multiple other sources else the share price will continue to drop. I sincerely hope not as I bought mine at £3.20... but much further down and we could become a bid target here. I've been thinking lately if there is any synergy with VLX, and their EV cabling business - it probably has the firepower but not at this valuation I suspect.
