You applied for 100 times your holding?! Slightly confused about your logic other than you felt there was an opportunity to flip them for a quick profit.I suspect the price will drop to £2 or lower and struggle for some time because any buyers have already acted.

Yes looks like it depends where you held your shares.

I had two accounts with different providers.

1) Applied for 100x entitlement - got all shares.
2) Applied for 40x entitlement - got 75.6%

I am happy. Apart from the massive potential of the company - this fundraise really shows that the board appreciate existing shareholders.

New shares turned up in ii and Barclays accounts yesterday afternoon. Barclays accounts all had a few more than the .7456% - presumably because some of their customers didn't even apply for the guaranteed amount. ii allocation was spot on (does that mean ii customers all applied or ii kept the excess for themselves?)
Hopefully the excess cash will be returned to all accounts before too long.

Same here fez.

The Share Centre is now showing my allocation. I received all the excess that I applied for.

Yes - good presentation last night - if a little rushed (but then it had to be) - useful questions.

Catheter answer was very interesting...if correct...I imagine that using IHT rather than microwires would not require complete new medical device approval. Hopefully near-term revenue here...and there are FOUR companies in talks about catheters. V large mkt.

Not credited to my account yet but looks like I received all my standard allocation plus a little of 3/4 of my excess application.

Not only will Arrival be tapping the US markets, Arrival also plan to build vans in the US. I can imagine it won't be long before Trackwise opens a factory there as well.

When they moved into Tewkesbury in early 2018 it was designed for both IHT and RF manufacturing. Acquiring Stevenage Circuits allowed Tewkesbury to focus on IHT. However Tewkesbury will be manufacturing both high volume and low volume orders which is inefficient. The new factory will be what they describe as "low mix high volume", presumably focused on producing parts for Arrival. Quite possibly the new factory will become a prototype for further "micro" factories.

Didn't hear it. Thanks for the update Timbo. Happy to remain hugely overweight with Trackwise.

I found it another informative presentation last night

It was good to hear that the IHT PCBs to be used for the medical stent/catheter application would be disposables (i.e. a new PCB for each patient) and not recyclable, so that should be a nice recurring revenue stream if and when the product gets approval.

Arrival is worth $20bn now. We supply parts for their vehicles. Arrival is only going to scale up in the coming years and is well funded to do so. Arrival can also tap the US markets for billions whenever they need more. The future is bright for TWD

Thanks to the company for enlarging the open offer. Now who are the new institutional investors onboard?

Added a few at 2.26, a good decision by the company and great confidence from holders imho

Nice to see the expansion of the open offer. A good decision by the company. Somewhat ameliorates the whole affair.

Given the 3.80 share price a while back then about 2.70 should be the share after dilution.

Great move to increase the allocation of the retail excess offer. Congratulations to the Board for finally looking after retail investors.

So double over subscription. They have upped the open offer so 75% of demand satisfied.
In doing so they have more or less redeemed themselves in my opinion.
Good to see they have listened to shareholders.
Thank you to the Directors.
Time to move on and look to a very bright future.

No surprise that it was over-subscribed. Was far too cheap.

But company was desperate - this secures the immediate future and the Arrival deal.

75% of excess applications is pretty good.

Extra £600k for working capital - I'm sure they'll need it. Perhaps hire extra help at board level.

As to anyone flipping for a instant profit - it's inevitable but imo short-sighted.

TWD is at an inflection point here and any further contract wins (quite likely I would think) and this will FLY
