I think there is a lot of horsesh1t regarding Brexit - 55% of what? The accountants can create whatever % you want via transfer pricing.

In any case TWD components will comprise a negligible fraction of the OEM finished product and so Brexit will have no impact whatsoever.

Suspect the brokers who ended up with excess shares from their Nominees after the Open Offer are offloading their excess. Can get an on-line quote to Buy but not sell. The small free float here should support the share price.
