SCLgoffer, please view the verified accounts, or ask your superiors as something is amiss here. I nor anyone on here doubts that you are working at Stevenage, but the point is you’re losing money and costing the group money each month. If you are not losing money then please explain why would TWD be selling you?. The only advice I can offer is please go and speak to your manager, the management or the MD, surely they will give you more detail on why the accounts differ to what you believe. All I see is that the new MD has been appointed yet the business is still losing money, that’s according to verified accounts and not from an emotive position.

IFaze you are completely correct, Scl may have had the turnover but quite clearly according to the verified accounts they’ve been losing money for the last 3yrs, with TWD funding them. The accounts are readily available for all to see, just take a look. Whilst they have contributed to revenue they have also taken from the pot, thankfully a decision was taken to offload them before they took the whole group down, which would benefit no one. SCLgoffer, it is difficult to accept when you’re so close to the situation, but the accounts really don’t lie, you have to look at what’s been happening on your own doorstep there before you comment, because it’s sadly in black and white that Stevenage haven’t performed,if you had TWD would definitely not be selling you.

We have a disgruntled employee basically saying the auditors are making it up-you couldn’t make it up.It’s the shareholders who have propped the group up, not SCL

SCL is a contract manufacturing company with no IP-it’s a sideshow and if it’s that amazing, the employees should buy it.

Exactly Bagpuss. Although things are not all what they seem. Can't write certain things but can see why sclgoffer is hacked off given what Stevenage turned over compared to us.

SCL. Please do look at SCLs accounts. They are freely and easily available on the companies house web site. You can see in the last set of accounts that SCL lost money in FY20 and FY21 and had a small loss before tax in FY19...

Yes WE ARE FULLY WORKING here at SCL not like TWD Stonehenge. Who has been making all the money for Stonehenge to be fitted out…let me think, why it’s poor old little SCL.
If you guys want to come up to SCL to see a real working factory, please let us know.

Ales:- that's a good point.

Sclgoffer. That's true. We have been propping you up every month for ages. This is well known here. Your poor performance has hampered our progress. I hold you get sold and jobs are saved at all sites.

Exactly pinkfoot, the accounts are audited and verified before being submitted. They clearly show intercompany loans between TWD and Stevenage! They also clearly show the Stevenage site is losing money which is why TWD feel they have run their course and have decided to cut their losses and sell them. Hopefully they get sold, but accounts don't lie and I wouldn't want to put my hard earned cash betting that they will.

SCLGoffer, I sense your frustrated with TWD, but they have until recently supported Stevenage financially whilst still trying to build the new IHT factory. Looking at the accounts TWD have bailed you out on an almost monthly basis, this is factual and I am not sure what your position is within the Stevenage company, but maybe you have been kept in the dark and are only told information that the management team deem essential. Think logically SCLGoffer, No company will sell a thriving business, or one with scope to grow, so why are TWD?

No RNS still then. When will the arrival of this news happen. Anyone know anything?? Pinkie????

4.5 million shares is less than 1 per cent of the issued shares so not exceptional after an announcement. I would hazard a guess that some investors from the fund raising are bailing out and others are averaging down.

Question to you seasoned investors. Why would there be volume of 4.5 million which is way higher than usual for this place when the value is so low. There's no answers here that's for sure.

They could maybe seek a moratorium whilst they sell SC although they need to show the company can be saved (not just the business)
