Trackwise have totally bled us of money here at SCL just to keep funding their “Stonehenge221; site.
We only found out that TW were selling SCL via info online from the Stock Exchange, they didn’t even have balls to tell us yesterday.We all hope that run out of money now as they are selling their “cash cow”.

Still what was clear was that they have to get this contract variation and advance payment sorted top urgent or they run out of cash in weeks...

As an aside they only had a runway to August anyway..does anyone know what was supposed to happen after that? the update on customers didnt suggest any there sources of revenue were imminent?

At this time the Change is yet to be quantified and agreed but the Company expects this to include an amended payment profile, to offset the delay in cash receipt to the Company as a result of the redesign and validation of the Parts.Well the above extract from the RNS gives way for a negotiated upfront payment covering the delay caused by the re-design. As mentioned in the RNS this has not yet been quantified which, to my understanding, a lot of negotiations going on and the client should accommodate for their fault causing the delay. Might be in the form of a negotiated advance payment.

They just said in the rns that they may possibly run out of cash in May...thats weeks away....this new design issue was not a known issue by the looks of it. Although the find raise only saw them through to August anyway. This is super precarious.
