Cahus. I am a shareholder and have bought a few more today. But this is a seriously risky punt. It doesn't matter to existing shareholders how much compensation might be due at some future date or how many great orders might eventually be won for this brilliant technology if the company has already gone into liquidation.
If money runs out and more money isn't found it is game over for us. Someone else will step in and get the business for peanuts and they will make a killing.
For all we know Arrival are delaying this on purpose so they can buy it up out of Administration for practically nothing.
Realistically I think our only hope is for Schroder, Herald or Mr Beck to lend them some money to save their investment. But that won't be cheap and if it happens I think it will be with some hefty rights that will dilute us further.

IFAze most of the listed companies can go bust at some point in time. But look at the risk vs Reward at this price is great, bearing in mind the price that folks have been paying like 39 p. Do you think a company with such a contract size will dig its own grave or will it fight every corner to realise those contracts. The delays will be compensated and we all know contracts of such significance will defo have default clause and compensation.

Cahus - don't kid yourself. A bounce is not inevitable. This has the potential to go bust. I'm not saying it will but anyone investing has a high chance of losing it all.

Papillom - What planet are you on? Market Cap is over £3 mil.

Important section of RNS:The Change Control procedure within the Contract has been initiated, including the impact upon the Parts price and production completion. At this time the Change is yet to be quantified and agreed but the Company expects this to include an amended payment profile, to offset the delay in cash receipt to the Company as a result of the redesign and validation of the Parts.All looking very good. A bounce is inevitable.

I think the equity would/ should put a bit more in at 1p to see this through rather than losing everything. The question is through is whether the story on other non Arrival business compelling enough. I'm not sure this update shows that is..

Zen12. No they aren't in the driving seat. Whilst I think you are correct that the payments will eventually be made - with extra cost due to the extra work needed, there's no guarantee that this will happen before all the lights get turned off!
Someone is going to make a lot of money out of this technology but there is a good chance it won't be current shareholders. This is binary - buying the shares today could give a massive profit in due course - or alternatively you lose the whole lot before the summer. Johnson made a big mistake not raising far more cash before they started to build the factory. He didn't because the more he raised the more his shareholding was diluted. I've lost a packet on this share - but a fraction of what he's lost. Very sad. (Fingers crossed)

And this scamming serial ramper was buying ITs at 8p.

At 0.9p last week, he said 6p was coming 30 mins later ITS crashed by 60%. Claiming no vote of delisting, it will propel to 6p.

This scammer always claimed everyone is a deramper when stating the obvious. This scammer was always ramping ICON at 2p, now 0.0004p

There already in Contract and fully committed so OEM will pay up and as soon as if they want the order delivered. TWD are in the driving seat here. People not understanding. It's a design change initiated by EV OEM, so they will be paying every penny for this under the contract Change Control procedure once they complete the redesign. So TWD will be paid / reimbursed and more for the impact of this.

I think another issue here is will any company be willing to pay anything until they are in receipt of the goods, when it's clear Trackwise May run out of money and go bust. Classic catch 22.
