Weliveliketrumpatstonehouse, exactly there does appear to be some with knowledge of the workings of these two companies. Likewise we are all not going to get rich anytime soon, many on here have invested at the early stages, I was at 11.76p, so not getting my return, others lost a lot more! Yes the decisions made are questionable, bringing in someone to oversee Stevenage with no knowledge of the industry or experiences of the markets they are involved in, is also questionable, but they have been made now as is the decision to sell and try and save TWD. Hopefully it will bounce back, only time will tell. Fingers crossed and if the sale can bring in some much needed funds, then it can only be good. I live in hope!

Either way Ales it would seem my investment won't get me retirement anytime soon. When you read down here you get the impression others do or have worked for both facilities and they seem very poorly run indeed and promises from the top to LSE are laughable. We live in hope

Weliveliketrumpatstonehouse:- you are correct, I am sure the wage scenario hasn't helped, I believe Stevenage also pays it's 2 people at the top a similar amount, which again doesn't help! Pink Foot is correct, SCL have a company loan hanging over their heads which TWD have stated will be forsaken, but even if this is removed it's still in a precarious state and so maybe the blame should lye with the new MD and his team at Stevenage rather than just blaming TWD. Just saying as it's not always the fault of others when these scenarios happen! I invested thinking it was a good bet to earn some extra money, likewise I am sure TWD did too when buying Stevenage, sadly they have not and so we are where we are. Hopefully you and the rest of the people will be able to ride the storm :-)

Weliveliketrumpatstonehouse: Looking at the accounts of both TWD & Stevenage, it appears both have historical issues, and the management teams at both sites is questionable to say the least. Stevenage has been losing money and appears to continue losing money and as for TWD, they have never appeared to make any money, that's if the accounts on companies house are to be believed! What is questionable is 1, who wants a company that is losing money and is in an industry that has competition in the UK that is better, and 2, who wants a company that isn't making anything, attempting to sell a service in a market that is dominated by offshore manufacturing. Sadly I see both going to wall and in truth, they have themselves to blame.

Pink foot, if we last that long watch the cash generated without Stevenage revenue. Whoopie 1.5 million for 2 sites when the 2 at top take nearly half a million out in wages as the books read. Anyway let's hope staff don't get shafted but fear they will.

What part of inter company loan do you guys not follow?SCL owes TWD, not the other way around. That being the case, there is no loss of recurring cashflow if SCL is sold.

Without Stevenage revenue we have 1.5 million for 2 sites and big overheads. We need orders fast.

Absolutely bagpuss. Plenty of accountants look over all 3 plants. There's only money at one though and that's up for sale which is why we are worried

Yes hopefully they manage a share sale of it. Not that the group all goes into admin and it's a business and assets sale by the administrator. Do you work there? Plenty of comings and goings of accountants and valuation agents?

That's the solvent sale of Stevenage.. Not insolvent sale of all businesses and assets 😕

Must be out of cash just about now.. Hope the AMA team can pull a rabbit out of the hat and get the sale done.. And then needs a furter miracle from Arrival to survive.. Odd very low of avoiding admin I guess but miracles can happen!

Leave our pipes alone please but we are worried also. If Stevenage is sold who generates the revenue. 8 million for group. You guys do 6.5 of that. #worried

I shouldn’t bother with reading TW accounts but go to Company’s House site as all the info about TW’s incompetent dealings is shown in the public domain for all to see.We at SCL won’t be sad to see TW disappear up their own EV exhaust pipe.

Not much choice but to do this but also risky as Arrival have been granted security to support their upfront payment.. Maybe if there is any prospect of sorting things out and a forecast that shows a way forward than a moratorium may me needed.

I will stick with the reported and audited accounts which say the complete opposite to your account.Let’s hope they get some traction on the sale which gives SCL and its staff a great future.

Sorry but you’re wrong about the loan was from TWD to SCL…the payment was sent from SCL to TWD! I have seen the figures.
This is a typical smokescreen by TWD, just to get new investors to sign up in the hope that TWD can get some sort of orders to come out of Stonehenge.

Well the audited accounts are clear-the loan was from TWD to SCL and has been written off

We at SCL we where at the time the only ones making money for the group, because TWD we’re still trying to build the Stonehenge site.We gave them 6+million one year, but at a company meeting they told us TWD had given us the 6+million.
We have never trusted the company or the board at TWD.

If money was bled out of SCL, why was the large inter company loan FROM TWD to SCL written down in an earlier RNS?That would suggest quite the opposite

Not good but they appear to be very close to insolvency and desparate. You maybe better escaping that. Good luck.
