09/1/2023 23:04 | I am appreciative of Andrew Lapping's comments delivered in this morning's RNS. Let us hope he can make good on them. Fils | fillspectre

09/1/2023 17:59 | I would say tomorrow or at some point this week! | blades38
09/1/2023 17:40 | It's strange, what more is FCA waiting for here. Maybe confirmation RNS that the shares have been issued? | zen12
09/1/2023 11:46 | Maverick "The timing of restoration of trading in the Company's ordinary shares will be determined by the Exchange." The Notice can be viewed at: | ifaze

08/1/2023 17:21 | Don't let my comments about the CEO make you think that I don't think that potentially Trackwise has lotsxof valuation potential. My thoughts are still if an interested strategic partner could be found they could start building from there. Greater security may bring more interested customers. Fils. | fillspectre
08/1/2023 17:07 | IFAze - I am quite sure many have left the kitchen. OK so there is, a supporting argument for supporting the CEO in the past as risks were clear. But if something isn't working you don't stick with the same old same old. I would hope the new investors will be ensuring that some new minds are intimately involved with guiding the business. 08/1/2023 12:59 | Timbo, I would guess of the 2 names, Premier Miton is the more likely. Last info I saw was Sneller had 2.99%. As this is below the Notifiable 3% level, is it known if he actually sold any shares? | ifaze
08/1/2023 12:54 | Mr McGregor, every investor in this company should have been fully aware that the previous 2 fund raises were done solely to facilitate the orders from that one customer. Any investor who thought the gamble wasn't worth taking had the opportunity to avoid or sell. If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. | ifaze
08/1/2023 08:19 | Thanks for the feedback folks 🙂 Regarding the last investor to commit who dictated the price, they didn't actual say who it was, but looking at who is absent from the September shareholdings (below) I suspect it was either Richard Sneller or Gervais Williams (Miton) and judging by a passing comment after the meeting, I think it was probably Miton. | timbo003
07/1/2023 18:13 | So CEO exposing the company to the fortunes of one customer can be swept under the carpet? Having a gambler at the helm hasn’t paid off. | mr macgregor
07/1/2023 13:55 | Thanks Timbo - your time and efforts are very much appreciated. | smcl
07/1/2023 13:23 | Big thanks Timbo for being there, asking the qs and reporting back to us. Personally I have no wish to see PJ replaced. His biggest failing seems to have not had a crystal ball nor spotting the flight in of more than one Black Swan. Other than that I suppose he can be blamed for not raising more funds at a previous fund raise - but he has admitted that he was trying to limit (his own) share dilution. I'm sure he's kicking himself for that now. I've had a look at current major share holders and I can't spot who is now missing from the previous list. Any hints? If not I will just await the the future RNSs (assuming all major shareholders actually make the announcements that they are supposed to do) I've been notified that it isn't possible for the warrants to be held in ISAs or some providers' Pensions. Wondering how that will work out? | ifaze
07/1/2023 12:42 | Thanks Timbo. I would have liked to hear a more positive and defiant tone from the board about their current situation and future (appreciate this could be lost in translation). The talk of IP sounds a bit weak but what can they do in reality to fight an overseas manufacturer, or larger company, from ignoring this?Litigation is extremely expensive and the court system is backlogged for years. Again to Timbo, thanks for this. It does answer many questions and inevitably raises others. I still see this as a 50/50 bet. The upside is massive and the downside is to lose everything. | cheese666
07/1/2023 11:32 | Positive to see some long term investors take the placing and mention of some holding TR1s is positive, feel like they really need a new contract signing soon out of all the talk of multiple opportunities they just need one ! | blades38
07/1/2023 09:29 | Thank you Timbo003 for the write up on the GM it answered a lot of questions. Hopefully the suspension can be lifted soon and the price settle to reflect the long term value of this business. | cameronm
07/1/2023 09:21 | Thanks timbo | bagpuss67
07/1/2023 08:42 | Thanks Timbo003. Thanks for attending the meeting and taking the time to do this write up. Strange but given your write up is just that - words on a screen - I find myself envisaging a lack lustre affair with all the hallmarks of an overall defeatist attitude. It doesn't feel like Trackwise are making things happen - things just happen to them. Conclusion they need some new dynamic board members and management. I do agree with other bulletin board contributors - is PJ the right guy? After all - this decline in share price, calamitous fund raise and near total wipe out of previous investors' investment has happened on his watch. Couple of other points - Should it not be OPEX to up the present Stonehouse facility to three shifts - that is just extra personnel and man hours isn't it? The Stonehouse facility sounds far from complete - not ready to reliably day after day bang out product. Fils. | fillspectre
