20/12/2022 10:27 | LOL no money to be made there unless your putting MILLIONS into it !! & but did you not call boom at 550p ? & 500p ?? Would that of not left most around at least 30% down LOL even with its little push back so without that it would of been around 40-45% DOWN ouch that’s a poo call & that’s just one of your calls I could mock don’t even get me started lmao | letsdothis
20/12/2022 10:24 | Dreadful placing but they gave the reasons why. This looks like a good recovery play because their business is real and they have real customers seeking their services and products. They appear to be in a good market as well EV. Another contract update and this share price will be blown out the water. BUY. | pwhite73
20/12/2022 10:12 | 1.7 buy 1.55 sell it was, so you're wrong I'm afraid. | zen12

20/12/2022 10:09 | Betters odds on red & black at least your 50% chance fairly this is more like 98% chance you loose your money lol | letsdothis
20/12/2022 10:08 | Did rise to 1.6p from these levels just last week..let's see where this will bounce from here.. | zen12
20/12/2022 10:08 | Probably like when you was calling boom at 550p & 500p Remind me where boom is o ye 420-439p LOL The famous pumpers & dumpers of ADFVN pretending to me nice guys when really they suck in MUGGY punters | letsdothis
20/12/2022 09:59 | Is certainly a punt just now .. But could be rewarding in a few days at this price 1 v 1.05p | master rsi

16/12/2022 08:04 | Yes pinkfoot, no EIS on this placing regretably (unlike the last ones), but hopefully I wont need the loss relief this time 😮 For anyone interested in EIS investing in AIM tiddlers, there is a short video on PIworld with Tamzin which goes into the basics here: | timbo003
16/12/2022 08:04 | Morning, all genuine people. It should go past 2.0p. IMHO. Too much new blood yesterday. | firestorm911
16/12/2022 07:18 | No EIS on this one Timbo I do agree with your sentiment and comments generally | pinkfoot2
15/12/2022 22:36 | >>>johnymak Nearly all of my new investments qualify for EIS tax breaks which as you are probably aware are extremely generous. A good number of EIS qualifying placings (and IPOs) tend to be the death or glory type investments, so I have had numerous wipe outs and near wipe outs over the years, but I have also had numerous 5 baggers and 10 baggers and a couple of 20 baggers (Sareum and SDI), also remember that if you buy in placings, you get a double discount, 30% discount courtesy of HMRC plus the discount provided in the placing, add those together the combined discount is often in excess of 50% and in some cases approaching 100%, i.e. you are getting paid very generously to invest. Furthermore should an investor end up disposing of the shares for a loss, they can claim a further 40% (55% in some cases) from HMRC to compensate for the losses. What's not to like? | timbo003
15/12/2022 20:14 | Advisory brokers will phone and provide the shares, whereas mugs will have to apply for an open offer. | johnymakesit
15/12/2022 20:10 | I note that free-float is circa 700K on Nov 19, granted they did more placing, but the free float is still not 5m-10m And yet you are not claiming it's churning. Cobra Kai has more than free float. In fact, many trades were 500K and 250K buys. You know the volume is forward selling, and people who were forward selling are scared of new buyers calling an EGM to oust the BOD. To do this, shares will be counted, and there will be a massive excess. timbo003 - 18 Nov 2019 - 16:02:11 - 13 of 1346 Trackwise Designs Plc (with charts) - TWD These are very illiquid, so it doesn't take many trades to make them move, the free float is only around 5% (circa 700K shares) | johnymakesit
15/12/2022 18:45 | I am happy with the 780K average at 1.33p. I added another 280k. I hold 2% of TWD. £8.5K of investment, and I have 2% now. I did buy 2.2m Hur at 1.25p the previous June and sold at 7p. | cobra kai |
