15/12/2022 18:16 | Or should I wait for 1.0p ? | iamthemagnificent
15/12/2022 18:11 | Might buy some at 1.1p in the morning | iamthemagnificent
15/12/2022 18:10 | Timbo, people, can go higher than 18% now; the liquidity is there. Do you understand what I am saying why force an EGM now for his removal before the re-organisation? If shares have been forward sold, an audit will push the price up. If someone buys shares 5m-6m, there will have to be a significant holding rns. At this stage if people can recover a large of money in this way, I do not think anyone would care about TWD, it's about recouping money. 99.6% loss from its peak. You know ems for this 2500 share; now it's 100X-200X or even higher. | gonuts1
15/12/2022 18:02 | Fortunately I was only allocated a few shares at the IPO, I bought a few more in the placing earlier this year at 80p, but the vast majority of my shares were purchased at between about 6p and 9p in September this year. I will increase my holding by at least 4X in the open offer (hopefully more if I get a decent excess), I think there is a reasonable chance of the shares getting to the warrant excercise price (6p) within the 3 year life of the warrants, in which case I will be looking at a very decent profit overall (without removal of the BOD). Regarding removal of the BOD, I wonder whether the appointment of the new non-execs is a precursor to further changes. Philip Johnson will be reduced down to 1.67% (post placing) from 18% so he will now be a in much weaker position than before and it wouldn't surprise me to see him taking a new role (CTO or CSO) and a new CEO taking over at the helm. | timbo003
15/12/2022 17:45 | Good liquidity Regards, F911 | firestorm911
15/12/2022 17:24 | You only get your money from IPO if you buy multiple folds now and force their removal. So you are saying churning shares; who are the sellers? Surely from 13.50 this afternoon, 20% of the total shares in issue have been bought. Only big holders can sell that amount; no TR-1 so far. Most likely, they are averaging down now and forcing an audit of the shares. Big holder's wealth now is circa £200K-£300K. Do you think they care if this goes belly up? They lost £50m or more. You may be wrong to think you will even get 20% of your capital back here. It's 99.6% down from its peak The only way you get your money here is to buy the forward seller's shares and then force an EGM where an audit of holding has to happen. I think IIS have picked on that now. | gonuts1
15/12/2022 17:19 | Why would someone do that? Furthermore, calling an EGM to remove the BOD. Do it before voting on share re-organisation.. | gonuts1
15/12/2022 17:09 | >>>gonuts, no I havent forward sold, I'm a holder and intend to participare in the open offer >>>guns1ing To call a GM, you need support from shareholders holding 10% of the total shares in issue, but why would you want to do that when there is a GM scheduled for 6th January anyway? ALso you have to give shareholders at least 21 days notice. Besides which I suspect most of the shares currently in issue are still in firm hands, 70% are held by Directors and institutions holding >3% In addition there will be many dogged ordinary shareholders like myself (in since the IPO) who will not sell, but instead will max out in the open offer, realising that the the real worth of the company (pre money) far exceeds the pre money valuation of £370K Therefore most of the turnover from the last 2 days is most likley to churn | timbo003
15/12/2022 16:54 | From 13:50 to close, 5.4m shares were bought. That's 15% of the total shares capital bought. Add the buys from 1.12p, we could be looking at 20%+ (if you remove some churning) | cobra kai
15/12/2022 16:49 | Another 500K gone after close at a premium 1.52p; that's another 1.35% of the company gone to good hands. 27.23m volume traded out of 37m shares. | cobra kai
15/12/2022 16:03 | The obsession with me has to stop, Mong; how's my 20p? Well, I got 25p per share first week of November. Perhaps cut and past the November post and no comments afterwards. Indeed over exceeded the target again. Like Amigo 500%, NUOG 800%, Lond 20 bagger in 4 days. Perhaps see who was buying sub 14p. It's sad to see these psycho-bankrupt stalkers; shame on the NHS for letting these people on the loose. Please tell everyone about the MONG liquidation on Magpie. Please don't forget to use one of the 1000 aliases you have cloned MONG. Regards, F911 Enuff of these sicko stalkers. Most probably shorted at 1.1p today, worst MONG on advfn. iamthemagnificent15 Dec '22 - 15:58 - 1327 of 1328 (Filtered) | firestorm911
15/12/2022 15:58 | My tip is why not just post using your firestorm911 account instead of all the other ones? So your 20p shares are now worth 1.5p. Whats next, 1p ? No volume going through here so could be heading there ? | iamthemagnificent
15/12/2022 15:54 | Yeah, I made money on it, 50%+, about five times on DMA, with a spread of 40%-60%. Can you give me some tips, though, as you are magnificent? If you are so magnificent, perhaps you should know made.com is bust.com. Any more questions for this afternoon? Perhaps you want tomorrow's lotto numbers? Are you shorting here from 1p? How's your investment here? | gonuts1
15/12/2022 15:47 | yeah whatever How's your Made.com investment going for you ? gonuts1 - 07 Oct 2022 - 07:30:03 - 563 of 1301 Made.com- online furnishings - MADE Going nuts guys. Multiple bidders, floatation was 170p. Even 25p it will be good. Mike Ashley is one of the bidders, he has deep pockets. | iamthemagnificent
15/12/2022 15:41 | Idiots waiting for the 12 Jan vote and forward sold; best to cover, as people can work out the volume is not possible. | gonuts1
15/12/2022 15:39 | Sounds like Timbo forward-sold shares, not issued. This time short, sellers cannot get away, as it is capital re-organisation and needs approval. | gonuts1
15/12/2022 15:28 | Interesting volume is 25m, registered shares in issue are 37m, and there is no TR-1. They have messed up; if EGM is called, BOD ripping people, their asses will be on fire. Another 250k gone, 0.67% of the company. How many people hold 0.67% of the company now? | johncraven2
15/12/2022 15:25 | Timboo People could make a lot of money here. | guns1inger
15/12/2022 15:20 | Ok, there are 37M; still, 20m+ have been bought by new holders As per post-1317, 2.8m shares were bought last 50 mins, that's 7.5% of the total company. Since yesterday possibly 30m shares have been bought | guns1inger
15/12/2022 15:19 | Yes, buy their shares and call EGM. Easy money to be made if EGM is called, as it will be based on 30m share capital. That's how we make big bucks before Christmas. Each lot of 250K is 0.83% of the company. | guns1inger
15/12/2022 15:17 | Posters seem to be under the imporession that there are only 30m shares in issue, this is incorrect, there are currently 37,508,065 shares in issue. Can I suggest that you do not rely on ADVFN fundementals when looking for that figure (or the market cap). ADVFN have not updated that figure to take into account of the last placing and open offer in January this year (see details in link) | timbo003 |
