I invested in HSTN for UK and European Properties. Sold out of Europe this week.
Promise of share in £1.2 billion. Sure?
Is TR Property Investment Trust a replacement?

investment trust focused on the property sector, has been boosted by the drop in the pound since Britain decided to leave the European Union.

The earnings are on Monday and we are currently under value if we see a good result then we could see a move back closer to value. All the support and resistance levels are marked with price tags and the trendlines may provide S/R too.

I have a big holding which I topsliced recently but would like to hear the bear case.

now back to chart support level but really overpriced i guess wuth NO dicsount to NAV . But then ISF nad MIDD trade at level of NAV and no discount .

yes, at a premium which nakes it even more surprising that it outpermformed property shares on friday . i just did a trade getting in early and selling near close . But probably more in it if market firm om monday !

Beardmore - how do you arrive at a discount for TRY? Seem to be on a premium yesterday; though perhaps parity when you posted.

Bit of a bleak report:

TR seems to be on a NAV discount of around 10%. But I'm a long term holder, so I'm staying put!
