15/5/2020 19:37 | Tend to agree. Markets often overreact, in this case nervous investors running to the hills which exaggerates falls. Happy to continue to reinvest dividends in additional stock and take a long term view. | njb67
15/5/2020 03:33 | Thanks for the heads up on thisHeld a couple of times over the years including in the Chris Turner days always a class act just got so expensive | panshanger1
15/5/2020 03:13 | I tend to agree that it's oversold and note that the price is below the nav low set in the March plummet. As at close of business on 18(th) March 2020, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 310.9p (and 310.7p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 302.8p (and 302.6p including debt marked at fair value). Results at end of month says April factsheet: Full-year results will be announced on 29 May, along with the Board’s recommendation for the final dividend. | rambutan2
14/5/2020 22:17 | Back in today 294p. Discount 17.4%. Long time since I saw those numbers here. The portfolio is substantially positioned for the world we live in and I suspect that’s why the NAV is only down about 20%. Sp off about 33% from highs, not calculated to decimal places. Oversold IMO. I'm thinking the summer 20 dividend might be down a tad but looks like a decent yield. Not long to find out. | steve3sandal
07/1/2020 16:26 | Dividend of 5.2p paid today. | brexitplus
05/12/2019 21:14 | A good reason to be in TRY and investment trusts in general “Two British property funds have launched a wave of sell-offs, amid a stampede for the exits by investors which forced rival M&G to slam its doors shut. Fund managers at Columbia Threadneedle and Kames Capital have ditched more than £156m of property from their funds in the past two months in a scramble to ensure savers can get their money back. The sales should help both stay open and refund customers who want to leave. Meanwhile yesterday investors took £31m out of a major fund run by Standard Life Aberdeen, according to reports, add more fuel to concerns of a broader crisis in the sector.” | brexitplus
05/12/2019 11:46 | All being “tarred with the same brush” here. TRY is a totally different animal. May provide a good buying opportunity. ALSO Ex-Div 5.2p today. | brexitplus
17/10/2019 22:04 | Thanks steve. | petewy
17/10/2019 19:17 | Happy holder. NAV up and now share price gone to a 10p premium. Monthly Fact Sheet today shows outperforming benchmark and peers. Property Trusts have done well in the last few weeks, reversion to mean?, Brexit deal boost, though that may be short lived. | steve3sandal
17/10/2019 17:05 | What caused the sudden rise? | petewy
30/5/2019 09:18 | Healthy results. Quote "The revenue increase of 10.3% has been driven by healthy growth in the underlying dividends from our investments, more details are given in the Manager's Report. The board is delighted to announce a final dividend of 8.60p per share bringing the full year dividend to 13.50p." | petewy
11/12/2018 16:16 | small short as at a small discount to others needs to fall at least 10% | ntv
29/11/2018 17:21 | The Intu saga ain't helping things. | spacecake
