Skyship thanks for the heads up re BREI & SREI. You have opened my eyes. I have held a few shares in TRY for many years and not taken much interest. The weekly chart looks good as does SREI. Both riding along the 8ema and 3ema. SREI since Nov 2020 and TRY since Mar 2021. I will certainly look for others showing similar charts. SREI ex div tomorrow and approaching 200sma so maybe a drop and some resistance. Could be a buying opportunity?

Try to follow the action on the CP+ thread; and consider buying into BREI, EPIC & SREI. EPIC just bought in large scale by TRY.

From what I can gather, TRY's exposure to Arcadia is minimal - 2.6% of portfolio (March 2020) in Landsec which leases 10 stores to Arcadia Group.

Difficult. Graphs say lower although the market is stagnant. I don't think it will move a lot either way.

Added a small amount this morning.

It's bouncing around in a tight range between 3.33-3.43 approx level atm.

May indicate we are building up to a larger move?, the direction of which
is more difficult to call, if I had to guess then perhaps a break lower at some point,
but who knows etc.

Quality presentation and the shares perhaps worth a look on weakness.

As someone highlighted the mid March NAV low is a useful indicator re the share price.
If you can buy below or near to that level, gives a good margin of safety?.

Surprised the Manger did not cut exposure to Paris office space as valuations
late last year were priced for absolute perfection. Always easy after the event.

At this time, TRY has a 4% yield and 9% discount to NAV.
