06/2/2017 18:28 | Thanks for the update Chessy, I am not sure if you listened to the last conference call but I was pretty down after it. All sounds more promising from your call. Let's hope we get some good news letter in the year of signs of life. | mark10101
06/2/2017 18:00 | I don't think so chesy, I think it just means that the liquidation of TGL is being flushed through. I asked Spreadex what had triggered their actions today, but there was little comment. On the bright side, Spreadex show me as having a position in the market for Intelicrypt Tactical Solutions :-) | thelung
06/2/2017 17:43 | I only have one handle on all sites, unlike you Stigo. Anyway anyone can call and confirm what I said, it's the number on the site.I spoke to Trevor wells.Lung is that positive then? | chesycustard
06/2/2017 16:06 | Lung Cheers for that info | 1399peter
06/2/2017 15:50 | Brokers booked out the spread betting companies today funnily enough. The spread betting companies now have a share certificate equal to the combined positions of all their clients. The share certificate wont be split into individual client holdings and positions have stopped being rolled and closed at 0, as of today. If and when they come back to market, clients positions will be reinstated at the listing price from 0. | thelung

Did anyone find the whole redundancy payment topic a bit weird, Jamie was mentioned but they then said quite a few others were made redundant. I thought he just left, didn't realise he was paid off. He was higher profile though so had maybe been peeved re listing. Something dodgy happened there I think, mis sold what his role was maybe. The guy asking the good questions broached ownership of the listing error, it was neatly swerved I thought. Not popping any champers but overall I did think it was fairly positive. If I had the option now to have a little punt I would probably consider it, they have a plan, integrity seems to be there and they have the client base to build on. Stigo your totally jel you missed the boat, you can't keep away!! | the stigologist

05/2/2017 14:13 | Either way we will find out soon enough how this is all going to play out, as Intelicrypt will need to raise funds. How they are going to manage that, who knows. A quick check on Companies house and you will see that CQCL are also out of cash and have outstanding liabilities of over £100k and assets of £4k and net worth of £317k. So all in all not very healthy. .................... I just had a look on TGL website and have copied below the shareholdings etc apparently updated after suspension. I don't think you can blame anyone from this BB for making a fool out of these guys (Last updated: 24/09/15) Shareholder Shares Options Exercise Period Richard Almeida 4,466,657 options of 14,000,000 Any time up to 1 December 2017 Number of warrants held Franz Forrester 0 0 1,000,000 Any time up to 30 April 2017 Charles Goodfellow 0 0 1,000,000 Any time up to 30 April 2017 Significant Shareholdings (Last updated: 24/09/15) The percentage holdings of the following significant shareholdings are subject to change once new shares are admitted to trade on AIM. 02/2/2017 15:26 | Unfortunately TGl have never soared, ever. A bounce might have allowed some of us to take a bit off the table, but it never happened. Apx 30p straight down to 0.275p, look at that chart, back up to just over 1p for a day then back to 0.5p before suspension. No I don't care what you trolls have to say, there was no indication that we would end up here whatsoever, have any of you bothered looking back at the sort of gold grades and widths they were turning up in Colombia, they should have had a maiden resource of over 1m oz but then they just out of the blue decided to call it a day. A company thats in distress, well thats different, we have profit warnings, bad results, writing on the wall, investors take a punt or get out. Here we were all expecting some corporate activity, name change, RTO, but not a de-listing. We had all that money in the bank, we could have waited for the right business opportunity, what on earth made them buy GOS systems if it is such a cash guzzling dog of a company. Still makes no sense to me. | singray105
02/2/2017 11:24 | Hedgehog 100 - 22 Nov 2014 - 21:13:57 - 2438 of 7463 TGL - A Quantum Leap - $26 Billion Market - Ј2m Mk cap - TGL LOL! TW 'warned' about TGL recently at 0.525p, when it was falling anyway: sell advice at 30p might have been more useful! This will end in the same way as his 'warnings' about two related companies to TGL, CHA & ZOL: both of which soared massively after his 'sells' on them! | the stigologist
02/2/2017 11:21 | what did this indicate ? 21 Jan 2014 - "pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to grant 6,547,177 non voting partly paid units ("Deferred Units") at a price of 0.932 pence per share by way of private placement." 14 March 2014 - "pleased to announce that the Company has raised £100,00 22 April 2014 - "pleased to announce that it has raised a total of US$1,740,000 via the issue of 175,832,276 ordinary shares of no par value at 0.275p (the "Placing Shares") and US$929,589 of convertible loan notes (the "Loan Notes")." | the stigologist
02/2/2017 11:20 | Idiot Singray105 2 Feb '17 - 09:07 - 7459 of 7460 0 0 The scary thing is that I dont think that there was any way of foreseeing this outcome. | the stigologist
02/2/2017 10:44 | There were plenty of indications if you can read between the lines, ie. read what is written with a critical eye, and take particular note of what ISN'T said. | muckshifter
02/2/2017 09:07 | The scary thing is that I dont think that there was any way of foreseeing this outcome. -The gold interests were written off -Money raised for purchase of new business -GOS business identified and purchase agreed at what seemed to be a good price compared to the apx £30m valuation at its failed IPO -Placings made for working capital -RNS confirm existing business intact -More RNS talking about new business coming in but all hush hush because its top secret stuff but never any figures of course -we also had the link with CQCL and the encyption key I mean there were no clues there that we would just be suspended and de-listed...end of, it seemed to me that they had done the hard bit and that the listing was important to them. Also I believe that they could have kept the listing if they really wanted to, we had been warned once by the Insider Surveillance guys, but it was all too late. How can you invest in anything any more, this is brutal, stick to FTSE companies in the future I think. | singray105
01/2/2017 23:37 | No haven't tried. The conference call told me that they're going nowhere and their usp will be superceded soon enough. | thelung
01/2/2017 22:19 | Singray I didn't say it wasn't worth hanging onto, its a gamble after all but if your money isn't in it you can't win it. I don't think they have done themselves any favours with the tone of the last presentations and the apparent lack of progress/contracts etc. That can change very quickly for tech companies or not, we will see. | 1399peter
01/2/2017 20:22 | I guess they can now offer you whatever they want now.....£20 squid ok for you Mr mug shareholder? | singray105
01/2/2017 20:11 | Lung, good luck with that. I've had enough of mining companies for a while. Out of interest, have you tried selling yours back to TGL/Intelicrypt | 1399peter
01/2/2017 17:55 | 1399Peter1 Feb '17 - 16:12 - 7451 of 7452 A punt indeed! I've taken another on SMA :-) | thelung
01/2/2017 17:54 | Call and ask them to offer you a price for your share certificates and see what they say? | thelung
01/2/2017 16:12 | Muckshifter It's always good to read an opposing view, keeps a good balance. I would like to think that most people saw this as a total punt and not something to get piled into. Anyone who has been around the AIM markets for long enough should have heard all that hype time and time again and been burnt enough times to realise, (You would hope anyway). As other posters have said already about delisted companies ever making it back to market......I can't remember seeing that happen either. It would be nice to be wrong about that but if it doesn't it's no great loss thankfully. | 1399peter
01/2/2017 09:38 | But we are not listed on any market so the directors can be more open, no price sensitive information to worry about is there. I mean, even if the business does well in the next couple of years, what do WE as shareholders have to look forward to? A dividend maybe in a few years time, private companies do pay them you know, or do we put the for sale sign up? At that meeting they could no grasp the concept that we have been left with nothing, just a piece of paper, they on the other hand are getting their wages, plus expenses, usual directors package I expect with all the perks, but they didn't want to talk about this did they. | singray105 |
