14/12/2016 19:05 | Exactly, they played everything down, CQC product surely deserved a mention, like I have posted earlier this was so poorly sold today it makes me wonder what they are trying to achieve and if we are supposed to bail when/if given the chance. | mark10101
14/12/2016 19:00 | I don't think so Mark. Like you say the line was pretty bad so was very hard to hear. I thought the time in which CQCL was mentioned they very much played the whole lot down, sort of like that doesn't have much to do with their products and GOS. Might have misheard though!! | firefly bill
14/12/2016 18:38 | The line was bad today so could not follow all the conversations re products but did they update us on the below? "In addition to Touchstone making the investment, Touchstone investee GOS Systems has been granted exclusive reseller distribution rights over CQCL's forthcoming Quantum Key Encryption ("QKE") products which will be targeted at governments and corporations that have high security requirements. The sales right covers European sales of the products and the products are expected to be available for sale from 2016 onwards. The sales right has been granted for a period of 3 years following the first availability of product" | mark10101
14/12/2016 18:17 | Singray, yes like you say that revenue is not very impressive given the time we have had pass to get it into shape, I had higher revenue in my first year trading of my previous business and there was only two of us. Those days are gone for me along with most my portfolio funded by the better years. | mark10101
14/12/2016 18:13 | I know you did not hold just wondered if you were asking the questions as you have participated more than many holders..... | mark10101
14/12/2016 18:11 | Yes, totally agreed. Thought they would deliver a better presentation than that even if it was a smoke and mirrors. | mark10101
14/12/2016 18:09 | I'm not stupid. Never bought or held this rubbish. | the stigologist
14/12/2016 18:03 | I keep asking myself how on earth was GOS expected to come to market in an IPO valuing it at close to £30miln a couple of years back when the business in fact required millions to be invested in it? So what was the turnover like back then I ask myself if we still can't get up to the magical £1mln mark after all this time and with more monies required to be raised. £700,000/&poun On the plus side we are still there and out of CPR by the sounds of it and with a reasonable sounding plan going forwards, can they actually be dynamic as a company though and get the results that we need for a re-listing I wonder. Well I guess the younger shareholders here might get something back one day maybe. | singray105
14/12/2016 18:00 | A lot seemed weird and unprofessional... According to them they have invested in CQCL and know nothing about any of the quantum algorithm products. Wouldn't you as a company be checking up on your investment? Also a company like Sophos had debt when it listed. Lots of companies list on the potential they bring with the whole point of listing to give them more money for growth..why doesn't that apply to Intelicrypt? Like you say lots and lots of questions | firefly bill
14/12/2016 17:42 | Firefly Bill, yes a unsatisfactory meeting after 18 months from delisting, not what I was expecting. Have we become a one trick pony with GOS? Are they going to bore us to death and offer to buy our shares on the cheap and then implement a better future vision. More question than answers now. | mark10101
14/12/2016 17:37 | Stig where you the one asking the first lot of question, if so well done. The reason I maintained optimism is because we do have some larger investors and also they easily carried out 2 placing in half a year and my hope was they knew a lot more than me. The guys participating in that last placement must be a bit miffed and that may have been the guy asking the questions if it was not you. | mark10101
14/12/2016 17:31 | It sounds like they are still trying to grow the business and if they can get the end to end encryption with HRR out, hopefully thatll be a USP. Opportunities ahead with the banking/commercial side. Bottom drawer for now. | krr13
14/12/2016 17:31 | I agree Mark. Just feels very weird. Also who is going to invest more money in January with them? I have a lot tied up in here to | firefly bill
14/12/2016 17:27 | Sorry Crashbang I was just hoping for a lot more from them today than they delivered. I have a large sum tied up here and and have remained pretty optimistic this year but today was the day I was hoping the wait would be worth it. | mark10101
14/12/2016 17:25 | One of the things that doesn't hang together for me is why bother calling it Intelicrypt when all that call talked about was the GOS business. | firefly bill
14/12/2016 17:14 | Cheers Mark and a Merry Xmas, that's cheered me right up. Did anyone manage to encrypt anything else from the phone in? | crashbang
14/12/2016 17:11 | Thanks The Lung and Mark for posting. It sounds as though they are doing well but obviously going to be a fair amount of time before they can re-list. | candybelle
14/12/2016 17:08 | Further funding will be required to achieve what they are aiming for in the coming years. This does look like bottom draw stuff, tune in each update and hope things go better than they are thinking ATM. Interesting how there were some reports that we would relist in 2017 and other that seem more in line with this meeting. Like you say Firefly Bill some things did not add up. They need to raise further funds in the coming years but the way they sold the business today who would unless it was for a substantial part of the company. It does look like we are in an exciting sector and was the reason for me holding but today's numbers are far from exciting certainly given my now foolish personal investment allocation. Good progress appears to be made and the company is now clean and registered in the U.K so I am not writing things off but how much dilution will we face before making it back. We had two placings in my short time of holding before we delisted, that was bad enough and now it turns out they are a way off from being self funding with more to come. | mark10101
14/12/2016 17:03 | Can't see us selling many boxes if Norman Collier is doing the selling. It was like listening to Rod Stewart, torturous. | crashbang
14/12/2016 17:01 | nowhere near justifying the overheads of a listing 2016 generated revenue of £700k (not inc 2 late sales which would touch £800k+ from which are blue chip sovereign govts who like the upgrade) | the stigologist
14/12/2016 16:43 | Find bits of it don't hang together... Perhaps it just me though | firefly bill
14/12/2016 16:34 | Just about breakeven atm | mark10101
14/12/2016 16:29 | i had to drop off the line when the numbers guy took over as couldn't hear him - good luck! | thelung
14/12/2016 16:28 | sound footing as a business with good opertunities ahead but realisticly several years away from relisitng | mark10101
14/12/2016 16:23 | Think your notes cover things very well so far. | mark10101 |
