Singray I think the conference call was a clear message this is a few years off. It was an awful presentation, it could not have painted a worse picture, my only hope is they used it to manage expectations and that in time they can actually produce a business that can stand up to relisitng. Everything we were fed prior to delisting has vaporised and Stigs interpretation was closer to the mark. I think it is a bottom draw for a year or two at least and then hopefully things will look better then. I have not written it off completely as it is perfectly achievable to get us back to market and at a decent price but not this year for sure.

You will never get an honest answer out of them as any director can't divulge that kind of info and will always put a spin on how well they are doing or going to be soon.

I wonder if this will ever get off the ground. There doesn't seem to be much happening on the surface. I see that a poster over on LSE has been trying to get in touch with Trevor Wells with little success. Hopefully he is to busy and not avoiding awkward questions from PI's.

GOS/Intelicrpyt have got some tough competition out there.

It's difficult to say at this point if Brexit and funding from Europe will not cause a few problems for CQCL & potentially Intelicrypt.

With their £8m MCAP shows how far GOS has to come to justify our leaving MCAP on its own, surely they have other plans?

HH did you log into the conference call. Were you able to extract anything more positive from it. Were we told the whole picture? There has been such a range of report from different private calls people have had it is hard to know where this is going after last weeks feedback.

Yes, there are things that don't add up and there always has been that leaves hope. Then there was that telephone call a month ago with Trevor where an investor on LSE came away bullish of a listing in 2017. That gave me a real boost and higher expectations for Wednesday damp squib....

I agree with that Mark. The bit that sticks in my head though is why bother with the new Intelicrypt website if they are years off from listing.. Seems no point! Also why Intelicrypt and not just call themselves GOS as that is all they seemed to think they were ever going to about.. Makes no sense

Well Wednesdays meeting put pay to any excitement here at TGL. Whether that is the true imprssion of things who knows but they could not have delivered a worse update after 18 months of suspension/delisting and all the previous hype, baring complete failure. Even if they do great things going forward it looks like they will give key investors preferential shares as part of funding diluting us small guys along the way to get there.

Slightly random, but here's an article which mentions how quantum computing could affect F1.

Thanks guys for the commentary on todays AGM, it does sound like we have invested in a very small comms start up with it's future prospects being ever so slightly oversold, which is pretty much what you hear coming out of all start up CEO's. So I'm not really totally shocked by the lack of progress or turnover as that had already been hinted at earlier in the year with the words "Organic growth". I am a bit disappointed by the apparent lack of CQCL involvement and or any mention of future involvement. There could of course be reasons for not talking about CQCL, who knows.

Anyway I guess all we can do is wait and see if one of the bigger players gets interested in anything these guys are doing or bringing to market and buy em up for a couple of billion LOL.

Thanks for the great notes guys, my line was a shocker. Did anyone find the whole redundancy payment topic a bit weird, Jamie was mentioned but they then said quite a few others were made redundant. I thought he just left, didn't realise he was paid off. He was higher profile though so had maybe been peeved re listing. Something dodgy happened there I think, mis sold what his role was maybe. The guy asking the good questions broached ownership of the listing error, it was neatly swerved I thought. Not popping any champers but overall I did think it was fairly positive. If I had the option now to have a little punt I would probably consider it, they have a plan, integrity seems to be there and they have the client base to build on.Stigo your totally jel you missed the boat, you can't keep away!!

Yes Mark they were very positive in their updates before the suspension, and many of us posting on here were getting carried away and thinking we had found something special that was not being recognised by the market, and then there was the good old CQCL link, but the market never did properly reflect the euphoria that was going on at times on the boards. I think that we will never know for sure what was going on behind the scenes.

These guys at Stanhill, I would imagine, are in no rush, I get the impression that they have a lot of fun at work, and there are of course a wide choice of superb restaurants and trendy bars to hang out in in that part of London around St james St, all very nice indeed.

Firefly Bill this is the main reason I remained bullish on TGL, placing and key investors will be better informed than us.

Singray fair points, just seems crazy this team were a listed company, many small businesses can deliver better return and performance. As you say possitive noises about the future but as stated my worry is every step we make forward as current investors we will be diluted and stand still. Today needed to be a lot more impressive and encouraging. I still keep thinking that can't be a true reflection of their efforts over the last 18 months, certainly given how upbeat there were prior to delisting...

Hi Bill. From what I can tell of Stanhill they are usually happy to take a longer term view and I would think that they expect this to come good sooner or later, but through dilution, share options, etc, they, IK, along with directors will probably own most of the shares by the time we get round to any re-listing. Apart from that, the directorships have been moved around like a game of musical chairs in the last couple of years, they have all been drawing their wages thanks very much.

Why would Stanhill though plough money into something which didn't have good returns? What would be the point? Why not just let it fold?

I had a feeling that they would stop the smoke and mirrors though Mark, no point in pursuing that route any more, a case of let the small shareholder down slowly but surely over the course of a year or two. After all our expectations are a lot lower now than they were this time last year, I had been thinking potential 5/10 bagger once upon a time, then a 2 bagger would have still seemed pretty good, now just getting a percentage of my investment back would be fantastic news, see what I mean.

A man spends all day at the dog track and after being up and down at the start of the meeting begins a losing streak, by the time of the last race he has only £50 left and so he puts it all on one dog, this wins at 5/1 and he goes home a very happy man with his £300....But he started the day with £1,000!
The parallel is that I am the man in this story now with this investment.

Anyway, they were making rather positive noises in the Feb meeting but it was pretty clear that it was not going to be an easy year, in fact if business had not picked up they could have gone bust. It was thought if I remember correctly that about 10 of the new units in the coming year might have been sold to existing customers, we are short on this figure but getting there and anyway its not February yet. So at the very least it is a relief to me that they were upbeat today with lots going on and that the business has at least survived and broken even.

How would that work? Would that mean they could go back to being a ltd company or something?
