Mark,
Just Out of interest did Waseem from Stanhill ask you a bunch of questions about your share holding

GOS's impressive intellectual property is a sign of the very significant value here.

Here's reminder from the GOS Systems Investor Presentation March 2015:

"Research and Development
DIAL Intelligence Gathering
... • Over £2 million invested to date ...
I•L Safe Communications
... • Over £2 million invested - proven market need ... "

The sum of over £4M. R&D that has been invested into GOS’s intellectual property is greater than TGL’s market cap. at its suspension price of 0.525p.

And a reminder from the statement of administrator's proposal that GOS Systems was not widely marketed for sale, and that its client list was kept confidential, for obvious reasons:

"GOS SYSTEMS LIMITED
21 Nov 2014 Statement of administrator's proposal"
"4.2 Valuation of the business and assets
Edward Symmons LLP (“ES”) of 2 Southwark Street, London SE1 1TQ were instructed to value the business and assets with a view to their sale …
Due to the operations carried on by TGS, it was necessary to maintain total confidentiality over its customers and contracts. Similarly the clients of the Aappro product require utmost confidentiality and these were not disclosed to ES in conjunction with our instructions. In the absence of being able to provide any customer information, ES concluded that it would be extremely difficult to formally market the business and assets. Clearly if certain customers were aware that details of their confidential operations were being made available there was clearly a risk that they would terminate arrangements with the Company.
It was therefore decided not to widely market the businesses but for ES to review financial information provided by the Companies and provide comments and recommendations upon any offers received. …
Accordingly two offers were received by Edward Symmons prior to the Joint Administrators’ appointment."

Obvious perhaps to everyone except Muckshifter:

muckshifter 14 Jul '15 - 10:03 - 6268 of 7720 2 0
"... Everyone in GOS’s segment of the security industry would almost certainly have been aware that GOS were unable to pay their bills, and were on their last legs, long before it became public knowledge. They also would probably have been aware of their full client list.
The receiver’s people would have been putting feelers out for a trade sale from about an hour after they opened the books on 20th October, I would think, and certainly those companies in the same business segment had plenty of time to consider an offer, from the lodging of the NOI on 22nd October, which would not have come as a surprise to them. There were no takers from the same industry segment, with the only real offer coming from TGL. ..."

Compare that to my take at the time:

Hedgehog 1005 Nov '14 - 13:24 - 2010 of 7720 0 0 Edit
" ... Why were TGL able to snap it up quite so quickly and cheaply?
Well, I think that this paragraph provides a clue:
04/11/2014 08:02 UKREG Touchstone Gold Limited Acquisition
"...As part of the transaction, the on-going support of key operational and administrative personnel has been secured to ensure the continuity and consistency in the management and administration of the business. Touchstone's investment in GOS Systems means that essential services provided to a variety of agencies will continue unaffected, and also that existing suppliers and employees and other stakeholders will be secured...."

GOS's customers include law-enforcement bodies and government agencies, and their work is of critical security importance, especially with the renewed thread from the likes of ISIS.
It would have been imperative that the company's work was kept going unaffected ..."

"All - from the email group I took a number of suggestions from some of you, they have been put to Idris. One of which was a good fit RTO (they are already looking at two others I believe).
However they will only move for the right deal, as you would expect.
The situation is fine they have good income and a stable business (circa 1m income pa) but need investment to reach the next level and realise ambitions. An RTO into a cash rich shell is an obvious solution. ... "

Thanks for your support Harvey - Muckshifter's agenda here has been quite transparent for a long time now.

The most significant recent news is the above from Chesy - and a belated thanks Chesy for that.

It wasn't that long ago that an insider apparently told someone that it could be years before the company 'returns' to the stockmarket, but they now apparently feel that they have made enough progress to do so now.

And I think that they will be a very attractive proposition for a listed shell looking for a good tech growth story, with good IP, and a low cost base, but wanting funds to expand to the next level (which is the sort of reason that investors like to fund).

Note that the turnover of GOS Systems including its subsidiaries in the eight months to 31st. August 2014 was just £313,421, shortly before TGL acquired it in early November 2014.
So the increase to about £1M. p.a. represents an attractive growth story.

And this has been achieved with comparatively limited funds, much of which have had to go towards upgrading the company's infrastructure, and dealing with the complex legacy issues from the gold company days, which has now been done.

So the company is now poised at a potentially very exciting point in its development.

Muckshifter you didn't look at the right company in companies house. We are shareholders of Intelicrypt Tactical Solutions Ltd. That's a completely different company to the one you posted. Not sure if it was a mistake or as The Donald would say "fake news".

For those interested I've posted the correct link below.

Peter, I emailed first and Waseem then emailed me his contact number. Worth remembering Waseem is not GOS but Stanhill Capital so his interests are aligned with our. I have never spoken to Idris but might be worth it to get a fuller picture.

Whoops! Since writing the above post, I went to companies house website to check the date deadline for Intelicrypt Services, and found that the results have been posted.

They are as bad as I thought they might be.

Harvey, my feud with Hedgehog over his lies, name calling, etc. got me to take interest in TGL / GOS when I found that he had started his nonsense again here a few years ago. The fact that so many here couldn’t see the wood for the trees frustrated me, and intensified my interest in exposing the truth, which is why I read Companies House stuff, call in here now and again, read posts etc. to see if anything has happened, and occasionally post.

Sorry Mark, but if you held in an Isa, my suggestion won’t help you as you can't realise a loss on shares in an Isa.

What do you do if you held/purchased them in an ISA? They have been booted out of my ISA so am I allowed to use them as a tax loss now?

Your interest here used to baffle me, furnished with the knowledge that you don't hold.

Once I became aware of your long running feud/vendetta with Hedgehog, it became glaringly obvious.

Little bit childish don't you think.

Thanks everyone for your responses. Spent an hour searching through filing. My uber organised secretary (cic wife of 25 years this month) had filed them way for me. Found the Computershare cert for Touchstone and the corresponding Intelicrypt for the princely pile of 200,000 shares. Dusted off my 200 Gooch and Housego cert purchased at 67.5p last century at the same time. If only I had just left it all in Goochy and Cropper and saved all the farting about ;0)
