How are MRS doing then Rob, still suspended but are they going to come back do you think?

Anyway thanks for that Peter. So now we know that it is indeed IK who is supplying the life support for the GOS business. With all of the positive news that we had before our suspension, new business, retention of existing clients, the QKE, and monies raised in the various placings, I think most of us thought that things were looking very rosy back then, were those RNS's misleading, probably. Maybe they thought that they could have turned GOS around more quickly, there is no doubt that IK has sunk a lot of his own money into TGL over the years and what for?

As for questions to the board, well just an honest answer to a simple question would be good for me.

How is the business doing generally and do us small shareholders have any realistic change of a return on our investment sometime in the next couple of years?

Maybe Intelycript has already been earmarked to stay private, like CQCL as IK stated in his email, then we might as well know so we can just pack our bags and into the bottom draw it goes. No point in pushing the re-listing timeframe, this often seems to produce over optimistic answers.

OK thanks Peter, well that still gives hope for me. We have 3 years when the product is ready, which hopefully is ready soon, maybe something to build a business around if it is good.

That would still be the case if there is ever anything to sell.

Hi Peter, thank you for your efforts, so are you saying that the company are saying that that RNS was incorrect and we will not be selling the QKE? As stated earlier it was a key reason I stayed invested in TGL with the threat of suspension and delisting as I could not see why CQC would sign a deal with a failing company that would delist.

They stated we will have the rights to the QKE for 3 years from launch so not even 3 years from the deal so they can't get out of it in a years time saying things have expired before the product is available.

Peter, thanks for taking the trouble to post the correspondence. Of course I am sure we would all like more information from the company about current activities and future plans. Unfortunately they have an atrocious record as regards communication.

I have written too Idris Khan tonight after he emailed me to shed some further light on the RNS I sent regarding CQC involvement. He basically reiterated what Ilyas had said about it being a passive investment. So I won't be getting my hopes up about where this is going quite yet.

As much as I think Ilyas has the best intentions. I really think he gets carried away with the possible potential of Intelicrypt.

I think the CQC possibilities are looking interesting given the invitations and grant for CQC to sort out the Oxford Uni Quantum functioning.

I think perhaps hedgehog has probably heard the same about Intelicrypt and like me is a bit disappointed given the earlier spin put out in RNS's.

If this ever gets back to market it will be a miracle. You're looking at a minimum £250k to get this relisted.

It really is a shame you can't actually construct an interesting argument Stig.

Peter some good points, QKE was certainly why I stayed invested when the risk of suspension was looming, so along with other upbeat updates I felt comfortable going into the suspension that all would be sorted and it was just a formality. As you point out Decembers update, unless we both missed something, did not give any financial information or product information that looks like they could turn the ship around. Not saying they won't turn things round but I did not hear anything to get me excited.

For Ilyas to be lending money it certainly reassures but it would be nice to know what the business is doing to warrant him to do this and why he believes things will turn round later this year.

Dear Mr Khan

Thank you for the prompt reply. I have posted some of this letter on the ADVFN board and asked investors to get back to me with their questions. Which I will be happy to discuss with Intelicrypt and Stanhill Management.

I certainly got the impression from some of the investors after the briefing in December that things were not that financially rosy at Intelicrypt and as you have mentioned in your reply about the loan of £500k, suggesting that they were not entirely wrong in thinking that.

I also appreciate your answer regarding the CQC investment being a passive investment and is why it was not really talked about at the briefing. I would like to point out and will paste below the RNS that was sent out to shareholders in June 2015. Which kind of gave a different impression to investors.

23/06/2015 08:30 UKREG Touchstone Gold Limited CQCL investment

" ... In addition to Touchstone making the investment, Touchstone investee GOS Systems has been granted exclusive reseller distribution rights over CQCL's forthcoming Quantum Key Encryption ("QKE") products which will be targeted at governments and corporations that have high security requirements. The sales right covers European sales of the products and the products are expected to be available for sale from 2016 onwards. The sales right has been granted for a period of 3 years following the first availability of product.

The Directors believe that QKE products will become essential for sensitive communications as soon as the requisite infrastructure is developed. Countries as diverse as China, Russia, the United States of America and the United Kingdom are investing heavily in quantum technologies, and quantum cryptography is a vital aspect of the motivation for these investments. Given the advantages that quantum cryptography will have over classical systems of secure communications, governments and security agencies will be an important and large market.

GOS is an established supplier to law enforcement and security agencies in UK, Europe, Middle East and South Asia. GOS's established customer network and market expertise is capable of driving sales of CQCL's forthcoming QKE products, and supports GOS's strategy of capitalising on the increasing demand for secure communication products. ... Thank you Peter, that is enough for me, Ilyas is heavily invested and the fact he is loaning money to help us through this tough period is encouraging. Also glad he feels things should be turning a corner later this year. Let's hope the next update will be more upbeat when it comes.

Ok

Ilyas has replied and asked why investors felt the December shareholder briefing wasn't adequate.
He has also pointed out that he has a lot of money invested in Intelicrypt and loaned them a lot of money last year and wants to see them succeed and feels they will be turning things around towards the end of the year.

Intelicrypt /CQC shareholding is a passive holding and is why there was no mention of CQC involvement at the briefing. He also said CQC is a private company and has no plans to go public.

Ilyas also said this

"I have copied Richard and Idris from Intellicrypt and also Waseem and Trevor from Stanhill. I am sure that they would be delighted to make time to brief you"

So if you have any more questions for these guys regarding their performance or lack of or their communications with shareholders or the fact that most of you came away quite depressed from the shareholder briefing. The lack of CQC involvement etc.

Just let it out lads, now's your chance to ask.

I think the columbian licence expired. That leaves us with the research and study as an asset but would need a very specific buyer.

Yes it would be interesting Peter if IK does get back to you, please post any reply, say to him that you have the backing of some of us small shareholders. There no reason why he can't give an honest reply, he's not on the board, he's just another shareholder like us really, also we are de-listed after all.

I would love to know what they did with the gold assets, a lot of work was done in Colombia, it was thought by HH I think that a maiden resource was going to be announced of £1m oz and with good grades.

Peter, I was thinking exactly the same, although Hedgehoge was a confidence booster Ilyas was the reason I stayed invested. When I spoke with Wassem after we delisted he reassured me that our PI interest were well alongned with the larger holders. When I read the share registry recently they was some sizeable holdings.

We have been issued new shares so so far things are progressing and this is not a definitive end. Last Decembers update was so poorly delivered and progress so poor I have a sense they were not telling the whole picture.

I am impressed with Ilyas in his interview and although I suspect TGL was never his top priority I would think he would miss it if it never delivered. I will be interested to hear anything Ilyas has to say so I hope he responds well to your email.

There is one more missing bit of the puzzle, I still don't get what this hedgehog was all about, he never went to any of the meetings and has now disappeared. And he went on, and on, and on.........I'm exhausted just thinking about it, telling us what a wonderful company we had invested in, and arguing with anyone who might have been a little more realistic about things. Suspension, de-listing, no news, and he just kept on telling everyone how wonderful everything was.

Internet sort of brainwashing or what! I bet half the investors on here came on board because of him/her.

I quiver and get a rather nasty twitch now whenever I think of a hedgehog!
