Thank you, no they moved from 0 to 5%.

A US value fund manager, I am expecting an approach
very soon to be honest, could even be a merger with mgm.
Why not low ent share price, a strong dollar and a fast
growing US business.

Nice 5% ent buy by Dodge and Cox after hours after the Queens death, bought by end July notified today, interesting. I thought you had to notify immediately
especially buying over 3%.

Hi Imulhare, Yes Active does know, it's just a side conversation on Entain where we are both invested. It's a share that in our opinion is very undervalued.

Institutional investors own 40.88%, add in other large owners..... If the money is right Dole will be taken private.

Are you suggesting that a majority would sell at $13?

Someone has to be thinking of taking Dole out. 13 would probably get over the line. I was hoping for a lot more. I won't be topping up.

Jan Barta, a Czech entrepreneur & investor bought 5.2% of DOLE (4,961,420 shares) in the period up to 25 August 2022.

On 51 days between 18 April 2022 & 25 August 2022 he purchased at average prices in the range $8.59 - $12.85. I calculate he bought 2,068,259 shares in that period at an average of $10.26.

He was required to file this SCHEDULE 13D form with the SEC when he acquired more than 5% of the voting class of the company's shares:

DOLE has increased EPS in each quarter since its disappointing first earnings report: $0.04, $0.14, $0.30, $0.44. The stock was hammered today with huge trading volume. The all-time low is $8.30. There is large open interest of 2,102 contracts on the $7.50 put option expiring on 18 November 2022.

I was very pleased to read that they are back-filling their ships. Some shipping rates are up 400% over the past 2 years. Straight to the bottom line!
