Great results for 2020, Debt reduction, increased dividend. The outlook was a bit short. Early 21 has been satisfactory.

The results show just how out of touch the market can get with a company. They seem to make little effort to communicate and I do hope that changes in their new merged guise - Wall Street will be less forgiving. It is very well run and deserves to be much better known than it is.

I have been holding for a while and had no intention of selling anytime soon. The issue I have is my stocks are held in a HL ISA but if these trade as a US stock I am not allowed to hold in my HL ISA. Will I be forced to sell and then hold in a non ISA account?

Early days, however my reading is that you will receive new shares in Dole Inc. Existing TP shareholders will receive shares = 82.50% of the combined company. Note: they plan to raise addition capital of up to US 700M. Don't know how this will affect our holdings and no indication if we will be allowed to participate in the funding. Time will tell. Today was another good day for holders.
